Convenient Downtown location. We had to use valet parking for our truck. It was expensive, but Christopher (Valet) was friendly and very accommodating.

Convenient; small but important modifications are necessary
Pros:

The location is excellent. It is linked to the Bonaventure Metro station and Gare Centrale railway station, but the indoor walkway's directions are not very clear and we could hardly find our way without the help of a passer-by. The walkway is not open 24 hours a day - one night we returned late (around 10 pm) the way leading to the hotel was closed, and there was no instruction to alternative routes to the hotel. Bottled water is complimentary, available just in front of the concierge (but not in the room). There is a coffee stand in the lobby, also free-of-charge.

Cons:

The hotel is not very user-friendly to guests who have big luggage to pull. There are steps in various places, particularly the pathway leading to the room. The room rate was outrageously high, probably because of a big event held in the hotel. If it were not for the hotel's location (we only had a short stay in Montreal), I would not have booked a room there at that rate.

Schönes Gesamtpaket zum guten Preis.
Pros:

Die tolle Lage des Hotel mit kurzen Wegen zur Altstadt und die direkte Anbindung an die Unterstadt, sogar mit Metrostation.

Cons:

Von außen die 70er Jahre Optik. Innen wurde das Hotel aber schön eingerichtet.

Nettes Hotel, spannendes Ambiente, gute Lage.

Aussergewöhnliches Ambiente mit dem Pool auf dem Dach.

Cons:

Der öffentliche Bereich war zu sehr klimatisiert. An der Bar oder im Frühstücksbereich konnten wir uns nicht aufhalten, da zu kalt.
