Lovely hotel with greenery and visiting heron.
Pros:

Breakfast was great and attendant very helpfuland friendly. He made sure we had our coffee and water. He sang along to the music.

Location very good for trains and dining.

Cons:

Pool closed for maintenance, would not have booked if this was advertised when I booked back in July. It looked fabulous and we were looking forward to enjoying it.

Sauf d’avoir à soulever moi-même ma valise dans les escaliers pour accéder à la chambre, le tout était très bien.
Pros:

L’emplacement et les jardins.

Cons:

Pas de rampes pour déplacer les valises dans les escaliers! C’est vraiment un problème!

Very enjoyable and relaxing.
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay with you and the pool and area was a bonus. It meant that we could enjoy what Montreal had to offer, Botanical Gardens, shopping, downtown, St Helene and relax at the pool on our return.
The view from our room was spectacular and the housekeeping staff were efficient and the room was expertly cleaned and presented daily.

Pros:

Location was great. Nice room size and clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The fruit flies at the bar were bad. Outside the bees were terrible at the bar and completely swarming around the loungers, could not stay due to the bees.
