The facility needs an allover up grade. Carpet is bare in some places in the common area. The seats in the restaurant are so warn out they are uncomfortable. Repairs have been made on the floors in the bathroom. Cheap material and not professionally done.
Everything was clean and the staff was friendly.
The beds were too hard and the pillows were too soft. The headboards make a big gap between the mattress and the wall, so the pillows would slide into the gap. I woke up so many times fighting with the pillows. Then we had a pitiful breakfast buffet and got charged $16 per person. The eggs were disgusting. I've had far better free buffets at other hotels.
Location
Food service was a disaster
Bella struttura confortevole e pulita. Servizio lavanderia super efficiente
Riscaldamento un po’ rumoroso ma tutto ok
bed comfy, parking wasn’t bad, around good food spots, walked into my room with my name on the TV, that was cool.
The location is good, easy access in/out. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
The toilet handle kept sticking and the tub drain wouldn't stay up so when using shower, tub would fill. Had to hold the drain plug to drain out.
I'm not a fan of the pillows. They look big and billowy but flatten right out when using.
My husband and I have been guests at this hotel while visiting relatives in the area several times a year for decades, but we will never return after our most recent stay in December, 2025. On the morning of our departure, while we were packing, my husband overlooked a pair of my slacks still hanging in the closet. We had a 5-hour drive home, and while unpacking our bags, I discovered that the pants were missing. We immediately called the hotel and asked them if the missing item had been turned in by the housekeeper; it had not. We asked that someone check the room closet to be sure that it was not still there, and we were told that nobody could do that because of short staffing. We asked to speak to the manager and were told that the manager was gone for the day, but that the manager would call us the next day. That didn't happen. We called again the next day. We were told that the housekeeper who had cleaned our room was not working that day and couldn't be contacted about whether she had found my slacks. Over the next several days we had discussions with several employees who were in managerial roles, all of whom told us that they had checked our room and that the slacks were not there. When I asked about their policy for items left by departing guests, I was told that there was no policy. I asked how their staff members were trained about turning in items found in guest rooms; answer -- no such training. So I said, "So it's okay with you if a housekeeper keeps an item found in a room that a guest departed hours before, without reporting it to the management." No answer. I said that we would never return to that hotel for future visits to our family because we could never again trust a hotel employee to enter our room. The reply? "Valuables should be locked in the safe. And you were no longer a guest -- you had checked out." All of our clothing is "valuable" to us, and the safe isn't big enough to hold all of our belongings every time we leave a hotel room during a visit. And I refuse to believe that just because I checked out of the hotel 5 hours earlier that I am persona non grata. I am convinced that the housekeeper found my slacks and kept them, and the management's refusal to follow up on a reported theft or to reimburse me for the cost of the pants ($76, and only worn twice). We are HiltonHonors members who travel frequently and stay in Hilton properties regularly. And before this occurred, we were virtually certain to stay at this property again in the future. We will never again stay at this property or at any Hilton property.
Very clean and friendly has a great little restaurant, pool and work out facilities.
Heat in the room hard to control
The location
The room was dated and did not have the comforts that I expected from this chain. The main lobby was nice but the room reminded me of the 90’s
Breakfast was great. Very reasonable. Large room.
Closer to Ann Arbor ;)
