A great home away from home !
Pros:

The staff could not have been more helpful and genuinely welcoming. It’s in a great/easy location and provides a complete and multi-choice breakfast that is worth much more than the $15 charge. Was here with multiple other friends for a memorial service but it seemed like a great room to work from if I was in town for business. Modern furnishings, plenty of conveniently placed outlets at large surface area desk and on either side of the bed.

The room was clean but no continental breakfast included.

Cons:

They advertised a full bar, but there wasn’t any kind of bar. Continental breakfast too expensive. Soap dispenser was empty. Complementary coffee was put away so early. No decaf coffee.

It was nice James at the front desk was awesome. The room was nice and relaxing
Pros:

Did not have breakfast. It was too expensive

Cons:

Had two beers. Only two beers. $10 a beer was too much. Also the snacks offered were way too much money as well.

Lovely Place to Stay in Rio Rancho
Pros:

Our family lives in Rio Rancho for years. Nice hotels are few and far between. The lobby and rooms are clean, spacious and lovely. The most friendly and helpful staff

Excellent Sty on Thanksgiving
Pros:

My mother I stayed overnight during the Thanksgiving Holidays! The hotel was clean and comfortable as well as accomodating. I stay there yearly as well with 2 children for respite as well. I would like to DEFINTELY compliment the Front Desk Attendant James for he was nothing short of outstanding. He ran the whole show Thursday night meeting every guest's need with a smile and an eternal eagerness to complete the taks at hand. Made the experience wonderful!

Hilton Rio Rancho, very nice
Pros:

The hotel is super clean, as well as my room. The front desk staff was very professional and friendly. Sometimes the room keys for my family didn't work, and after three tries with new keys, they finally worked. Nice little restaurant downstairs, nice snacks to purchase. Definitely will stay there next year.
