The lady at the desk was pleasant and did try to compensate by giving us a snack bag and breakfast coupons.
We chose to stay at the Hilton because I thought it would be a very nice, elegant place. My daughter and I were in Roseville to celebrate her 16th birthday. At the hotel, she was excited to use the hot tub. We found out the hot tub was broken. Then, we got to the room and found that the TV volume was so low, we couldn't hear. Someone tried to fix it, with no avail. Also, there were 5 USB outlets to charge our phones, and only 1 worked. We did ask to change rooms, which they at first said there were no rooms, but later said they had one. The rooms had bathroom floors that didn't look very clean, with stains and drops of something. The rooms were very small and basic. The price for the room was $313. That was WAY overpriced for the quality of the room. I was also very unhappy that we didn't get any monetary compensation for all the issues we had. The lady at the counter said that was because I booked through a third party and not through them.
My room was ready when I got there and it was very comfy. The front desk people were super friendly and helpful. Overall good stay! We go on a lot of trips and I really liked this one.

My family stayed here on a Saturday night in December to attend an event in the area. The hotel is at a great location, very close to the shopping mall with plenty of restaurants. The staff was friendly. When we were checking in, the elevator was having problem. The front desk staff was busy on the phone with the maintenance staff, and she was courteous and apologized for the delay. The room is a good size and quiet. Microwave is a plus. We had a comfortable stay.

Short stay for wedding but very clean manicured accommodations. Nice modern/traditional decor.
Other than having trouble with motorized shade ever other thing was no problem with stay.
We had a Volleyball tournament and this place was not too far. It is close to the freeway and close to food. There is a starbucks nearby which was perfect to start an early morning of Volleyball. The rooms were clean and service was quick when we asked for extra towels even though it was later at night. The front desk person was very friendly and accomodating. The lobby was a nice place to gather. They have a large TV screens which we were able to catch a 49ers game! We would definitely stay again.
I booked 2 rooms for 2 singles. My guest did not enjoy her stay at all. The morning after, she informed me that someone was knocking and giggling the door handle trying to get into her room about every hour during the whole night. Understandably, she was too scared to call for help. This type of harassment is absolutely unacceptable. You would think booking a Hilton hotel, something like this would not happen. Needless to say, she could not sleep nor rest easy at your establishment. In fact, she was scared into paranoia. I would like to speak to management onthis particular issue. Do you have working cameras where footage can be traced back to the night we stayed. Was it a hotel guest playing a prank? Is your hotel staff harassing my guest? There was a cleaning lady that was a little shady outside her door in the morning- does she know something? Did she do it or orchestrate it? I want answers yesterday. Though we requested rooms close to each other and understand that it is not always possible, the hotel did not even try to accommodate this simple request. On top of my guest having an absolute nightmare of a stay, I also was unsatisfied with my room. Myroom was not clean - there was other people's hair left on the bathroom floor, the shower floor, the sink and even on the toilet. Gross! The refrigerator did not have a freezer. And the AC unit was so loud I could not sleep. We did not know we did not have to check out. And the lady at the front desk was rude. We asked her a simple question and her answer was over the top rude. The stay overall was eye opening and highly disappointing for a so called Hilton. Next time, we'll stay at the new LA Quinta. If we could rate you with minus stars, we would have for this stay. Terrible.
This is an older Hilton property but they have maintained it very well with all of the great amenities that Hilton is known for. What was most impressive was the dedication and enthusiasm of the staff. The staff can make or break a hotel stay and all of the staff we dealt with made our Hilton experience all that much better. We have rebooked another reservation at this hotel and are looking forward to it.

Have stayed at this location several times and is my go to hotel in area. Close to 80 and waterpark! The employees are consistently professional and friendly!
This was our second stay at this facility. The quality of service and the willingness to accommodate their guests was excellent. Minor concerns were adressed promptly. The rooms are both quiet and clean. Looking forward to next stay!

We stayed there to see a concert at thunder Valley . Hotel is convenient to the Roseville Amtrak station and the casino.
