Location was good. It was a bit loud because of the freeway noise. The breakfast was OK.

Disgusting behavior by a person who works there named Debbie. At that age, I expect more. Absolutely disgusting!

I’ve been staying at the Hilton Garden inn, Roseville for several years. Rooms are clean and always fresh and the staff very friendly! Happened to stay this past weekend and, unfortunately, our room was very close to the freeway so I did not sleep well due to the noise. Shane, at the front desk, was so accommodating and moved us to a quiet room on a high floor for our 2nd night. Shout out to Shane for being so helpful - he is great!!!!

2nd time staying at this hotel for weekend of basketball tournaments. Can’t beat the location. Very close to shops, places to get food. And it has lots of parking. Very convenient

Debbie is the greatest! I stay with you monthly and don’t check in til 8 or 9 pm—I’m always excited to see Debbie! She is super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I’ve watched a few customers take her over the coals and she keeps her cool! Give that girl a raise! Thanks, Laura Montgomery

We had to travel to Roseville for a family event and after looking at some reviews decided that this hotel would be a great choice since it was centrally located to where we had to be and we were somewhat familiar with the Garden Inn brand. We were not disappointed from the very moment that we walked through the doors. Because of an airport snafu, we ended up arriving in Sacrament way before we were supposed to, grabbed our rental car and headed to the hotel at 9:00 a.m. -fully expecting that we would have to "cool our heels" until a room was ready perhaps even in the afternoon. Much to our surprise, the receptionist checked and they had a room for us right then. After being up since 3:00 a.m. this was such welcome news. The room was spacious, quiet, comfortable (the bed was amazing), and incredibly clean. We had breakfast in the downstairs restaurant on the two mornings that we were there and once again were pleased with the quality and quantity of the food. The restaurant and kitchen staff were awesome and made us feel so much at home. The desk staff were always pleasant and helpful. I had an issue trying to print out boarding passes and the desk staff was right there in seconds and helped me get it sorted out. I used the gym twice and it well appointed and clean -again better than many of the places where we have stayed. They even offered free bottled water. Another great feature of this hotel is its location right off the freeway (yet, no freeway noise) and close to shopping (the Galleria is about a mile away) and other places to eat. If there was one negative was that it is close to a hospital and so we did hear ambulances arriving ever so often-but it was not that bad. All in all, we could not have been happier and would highly recommend this hotel. When we are back in the area, we will be staying there again without question.

The hotel is a bit dated. I would change out the carpets in the hallways and elevator. Also purchase new beds and better pillows. The room was clean. The staff were amazing it just needs upgrades compared to others I have stayed at.

My family had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent. Everyone was incredibly friendly and even gave us a fist bump as we game and went. We will definitely be staying here again.
