Great stay, would visit again.
Pros:

I really liked the breakfast. I thought it was a great deal and quality food with great service. The friendliness of the staff throughout the building was top notch! The building was very clean throughout.

Cons:

It might sound silly, but the toilet paper holder is installed in a really awkward place. It is almost behind the toilet, you have to turn 180 degrees while sitting on the toilet to reach it.

Location, nice staff, great service provided by shuttle to and from Mayo Clinic. Even the housekeeping staff were friend

It was conveniently near Mayo Clinic while being treated medically. Very friendly staff and quality breakfast (for a fee). There was a temporary bar set up in lobby in the evening. That was a nice touch.

Nothing not to like.

Other than the cost of breakfast we had a great stay

It was clean, people were exceptionally friendly, was close to Mayo where we had appointments

Cons:

It had said there was a breakfast so we went down for breakfast and I only had a bagel and one small square of waffle and coffee and was charged $19.50 didn’t quite like that.

Booked for price but in the end it was more expensive

It was nice and a good hotel, and the price was ok but had to pay a lot extra for parking, breakfast, etc.

Cons:

Nickel and dime you for anything extra, advertised free parking but wasn’t free.
