Standard Hilton Garden hotel located 3 miles from Levi's stadium.
Pros:

Standard Hilton Garden Inn hotel. Hotel was conveniently located 3 miles from Levi's Stadium where we watched the Seahawks beat the Patriots. Hotel beds and pillows were comfortable and nice quality. In and Out Burger is located in the same parking lot which was excellent to have. Close access to freeway. Felt like a safe area.

Cons:

Biggest issue is buffet breakfast which we were charged $24 per person for. When we walked up to dining room, you could have the buffet breakfast or order from the menu. We elected the buffet however could not see exactly what was offered. Side note: we stayed in a Holiday Inn Express the night before in Redding, CA where we ate a FREE Continental breakfast of scrambled eggs, sausage patties and diced seasoned potatoes. The Hilton Garden buffet breakfast was the EXACT same food served at the Holiday Inn. Felt like we got scammed. My advice, skip the breakfast and eat somewhere else.

Good place within walking distance to restaurants
Pros:

Check in staff was great! Easy process.

Cons:

Housekeeping trying to clean at 9am on the day we were checking out was a surprise. Then they continued to yell and make noise.

Make stay was enjoyable !
Pros:

As You can see, I love the staff, location and cleanliness . Laundry room was great. Love room size.

Cons:

Some things were warned and dated. Handicap Accessible rooms doesn’t means bed should be that low to the floor. The beds were uncomfortable. The carpet hallways could use a little updating.

Pros:

It was a professional place , we kept and clean

Cons:

The add says breakfast but it was really a restaurant. It should have been clearer that breakfast was not included. A little awkward

Will never pick this Hilton or honestly a Hilton again
Pros:

The pillows were honestly the best thing of this stay and convenient of parking being outside the front door.

Cons:

The staff from before I started my stay was terrible. I was hung up on twice when I tried to call and ask your pet policy for a service animal, rude when I checked in and specifically Siia was one of the worst employees I have ever had to meet at a hotel. The manager apparently on staff when I checked out as well had no empathy to hear the customer side of a story as she approved an incorrect charge on my bill and has still not returned my call as Siia would only let me go to the voicemail. On top of that, the room AC barely worked and the fridge never worked so spoiled anything I purchased on my stay. I accidentally went to Garden inn and I regret not picking that hotel instead, they have a nice clean lobby with EV parking and a much nicer front desk attendant.
