Room was very well laid out! Comfortable, clean and modern.
Noisy. Only issue was the airplane noise and traffic noise.
I booked this hotel because of the 24 hour shuttle. I signed up when I checked in on 10/11 to take the shuttle to the airport the next morning at 4am. There was no one at the front desk at 4am. The shuttle was no where to be found, I had to take an Uber to the airport. I would like someone to reach out to me and make this right by reimbursing me for the Uber.
Property was under renovation and false advertisement for a pool. Extremely disappointed because I specifically book this hotel for the pool.

The room was damp and smelled moldy. Drapes were filthy. Bed very uncomfortable
5 minutes to pdx with great beds and quiet to not.
Location and comfort
Breakfast buffet was a confused mess with limited buffet options and a clear staff shortage. The internet access was mostly offline. We expect better service from a Hilton property by a major west coast airport.
Truly felt like a New England experience. They were attentive, friendly and always available. It was a home away from home!
