Very clean and well kept
The sidewalk by the main entrance was super dirty and trash was overflowing
clean spacious room
nothing in particular
Clean friendly beautiful
Had to pay for breakfast
The room was clean and check in was quick. Since it was 130am the quick check in was much appreciated. They allowed us a late check out which let us sleep in a bit and have a little less dead space before our commitment in the afternoon.
The window treatments were well done.
The shower curtain was 12” too short so the floor was soaking wet after a shower and the shower valve was hard to adjust at the temperature was scolding lava. My wife had a bad back and ended up sliding in the bathroom and almost falling.
Thankfully she didn’t hit the deck,
Surprised that a billion dollar corporation can make such rookie mistakes. Bed / sheets and pillows were all on the cheap side so I was awake all night. Room was clean.
Pictures on the wall look like they came from the Salvation Army
Beautiful area

Breakfast was AMAZING!
The bed was too soft for me.
free and convenient location and parking
The staff is the main reason the stay wasn't good or excellent. They were not friendly, unsatisfactory customer service.
I tried to make my room reservations through the property but it was very expensive so I went with booking.com. When I checked in the front desk person said well you should have called us directly to make reservations so you wouldn't have to pay this much.
No safe in the room.
Complimentary tea and coffee not maintained. No one to tell. Front desk manned only 50% of the time we passed by.
The location of the hotel and the staff was very friendly
The room could use some upgrades
The person who checked us in was very helpful and courteous.
Asked for another extra pillow ( on top of the one that was already provided) after checking in, but the request was denied.
Very friendly staff
Everything but no hot tub :/
The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great. The hotel was not crowded.
They have the strangest breakfast buffet I've ever dealt with. They seat you as if you were in a regular restaurant, ask you what you want off of the buffet (3 choices, scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage), then THEY get you the food from the buffet but they tell you to get your drinks yourself. If you want anything other than the 3 choices from the buffet, such as an omelet, then they charge you full restaurant prices. Then, even if you only have the buffet, they give you a bill asking for a tip. The whole thing is really strange and terrible value for the money you pay for the "breakfast included" option on your booking. I've stayed at a lot of other Hiltons and never experienced this. Also, if you're staying for more than 1 night, be aware that they only provide room service and new towels ever other day. They basically charge premium Hilton prices for a Hotel 6 experience.
