BUEN HOTEL, TRATO IRREGULAR
Pros:

Buena relación precio-calidad... Ubicación práctica con acceso rápido de 10 a 15 min aprox. al centro de Monterrey, Cintermex y San Pedro.. Habitación limpia con lo básico necesario. El desayuno buffet del domingo fue muy bueno y el personal del restaurante destacó por su amabilidad y servicio.

Cons:

El proceso en recepción fue incómodo. En el check-in solicitaron documentos a todos y un depósito en $$$ , lo cual puede ser entendible pero poco habitual. En el check-out nos hicieron esperar para revisar la habitación, mientras a otros huéspedes no les aplicaron el mismo procedimiento, generando una percepción de trato inconsistente.

MI COLUSIÓN
Cumple en lo esencial, pero la experiencia en recepción afecta la percepción general, NO regresaría.

Hotel muy bien ubicado
Pros:

Su ubicación cercana a área de trabajo y centro de negocios

Cons:

No se puede acceder a ninguna aplicacion (youtube, netflix, etc) a través de la Smart.TV, muy mal, como que se quedaron atrapados en el pasado; a las 10 PM esta todo cerrado, si quieres comer hay que salir o pedir en alguna aplicación; bueno despues de esa hora hasta las luces del área del lobby apagan.

Pros:

Very clean, good breakfast, good coffee and restaurant in the hotel.
Pool was really clean, all staff in general provided a good service.

Cons:

You can hear all the noises coming from the halfway and people talking, rooms are not isolated and also the doors make a lot of noise when you close it.

Cómodo y económico.
