Good hotel, quiet
Renovation would be great
Within the south Texas border area this resort stands out as among the very best. A large park, its not without its problems, but day after day none of those issues bothered us enough to make note of them. With 1100 sites within its boundaries, occasional water or electrical outages in smaller areas does happen, but this past entire winter none of these issues affected us ever even once. Over 2800 palm trees are within its borders and create an ambiance that must be noted.

We had a wonderful time at the property it was cleaned and well maintained and the heated pool and jacuzzi made the evening after visiting Progresso and SPI delightful

Older building but very nice and updated inside. Loved that floors are ceramic tile and not carpet.

Tv didn’t work but it was still simple, comfy and clean
The furniture was old in the room. It was clean. Excellent breakfast
The Chef is very friendly 100% recommended, but the breakfast needs to be improved by managment

Property renovated and spacious and clean!
I got to the hotel a little early and asked if I can get a room.
I was told NO with a Terrible Attitude, as if I asked something absurd and insane.
I immediately left and did not stay there.
Be warned the front desk attitude is HORRIBLE.
I have run various businesses over 40 years and would immediately fire all involved.
Rudest front desk I have ever experienced while traveling for business.
Be warned.
Television not functioning. No towels were ever changed out. Noisy neighbors outside all night with no security in sight. Key card not functioning. Room smelled of cigarettes and roaches. No hookups for cell phone charger.
