No water in rooms
The property was well kept and clean.
Seemed to be a little off the beaten path so to speak, but it felt safe and secure.
I liked the good deal..
The beds were hard, the food tasted stale, the pool was shut down the whole time we were there because someone decided to tamper with a light at the bottom and wires were exposed, they had no rush to fix it at all, my kids were pretty disappointed.. and they tried to double charge me when I got there because booking didnt transfer them the money and caused more headaches, so make sure you pay attention and keep your receipts.
I like everything about this place. Their breakfast is amazing!

couldn't watch tv because it required more knowledge than I have. I finally did get it turned but could not get any programs. you need ab easier program

The no tv service, the loud neighbors no towels I. The pool

Floor next to the bed was sticky, toilet seat was falling apart
The people at the front desk were accommodating and knowledgeable. Housekeeping helped us with a few needs and were very pleasant. I really appreciated the breakfast choices and the cleanliness. We'll come again.
Front office folks were very helpful and pleasant
One keycard did not work, the other took multiple times to allow in.
We had a complimentary upgrade to a king suite that was recently renovated. Very nice and very clean.
The breakfast was more extensive than usual with lots of hot items.
The staff were most friendly and helpful. We would stay there again. Absolutely!
