Boa localização, pra quem quer economizar, café muito simples, estacionamento grátis, sem taxa fee

O quarto era um tamanho muito bom, café da manhã é bem simples, não espere muito, tem café, leite, chá, waflle, muffins, cereal, sem frutas, sem Laticinios, sem iorgurt, em 10 dias que fiquei em somente 1 dia colocaram aquela salsicha de carne que americano gosta e ovos mexidos (1 dia de 10 dias que ficamos)mas dá pra economizar rsrs

O primeiro quarto que me deram estava com cheiro de mofo, eu falei na recepção trocaram pra outro sem problemas, o segundo estava perfeito, não gostei pois eles tiram o café da manhã às 9:00, e quando é 8:40 a mulher que trabalhar lá já fica retirando algumas coisas, o café já não tem praticamente nada, acho que não custa deixar aquelas meia dúzia de itens disponíveis, pois os turista acordam todos os dias cedo para ir ao parque, e quando tem o dia livre aproveita pra acordar um pouco mais tarde e acaba ficando sem o café da manhã!

Muy lindo todo
Pros:

La atención de una empleada de origen aleman de cabello corto que habla español, fue muy amable durante toda nuestra estadía, siempre nos solucionó cada problema y asesoro respecto de nuestras dudas. La verdad una genia!!! Muy agradecidos por gente así que atiende con buena cara y es resolutiva!

Disappointing
Pros:

The staff was amazing at all times, incredibly kind and just genuinely good people. The location to other places was good as well.

Cons:

Multiple things. We could start with the fact that their cleaning team was absent the entire weekend I was there. I got there Thursday night and checked out Sunday morning and never once was asked if I needed anything. As a matter of fact-I had to ask for all things I needed myself. On top of that-our floor was absolutely disgusting covered in what felt like sand and every time we walked on it our feet were black immediately. Then we can discuss the fact that I was made to forfeit my $100 deposit because my 8 year old son spilled Catalina dressing on the floor and accidentally cleaned it up with a washcloth. He also got a small, and I do mean SMALL, bit on the bed. About dime size where he dropped a piece of lettuce. The young lady at the desk kindly dropped it to $50. But I have wrote the manager multiple times trying to discuss this with them to no avail.
