Great staff, clean and right near a little plazza with restaurants.
Pros:

Found it accidentally when Februarys winter weather forced me and others off the highway ( 401 ) It was right off exit ramp and priced reasonable.

The esthetic and general cleanliness of common areas was good.
Really nice included breakfast - hot food, make your own waffles, large drink selections.

Cons:

Pool closes too early @ 9pm.
There were dirty towels on bathroom counter and toilet flush lever was broken, so the toilet was unflappable without reaching into tank and doing manually - when we advised the front desk attendant, she said that "it was fine this morning", essentially putting ownis on us?..
One of the beds was completely unmade and when we asked if they could make it, they had us come down to the lobby and gave us a regular sort of extra blanket.
Garbage cans in main room was full of garbage.

Lackluster
Cons:

Internet was down the entire stay. Basic cable had 4 channels all grainy playing the same smirfs movie on repeat. Had to use my personal data all night while doing work and and to relax after I was done. Front desk did nothing when I called down just said " no internet just simple TV"... that wasn't what I paid for and no refund or discount was offered. Really disappointing.
