Cant believe this is even allowed to have a flag from a halfway reputable chain. Went up to our room & immediately left. Extremely run down. Smelled like pot. Everyone we saw was sketch. Parking lot full of trash vehicles.

How easy it was to get a place on short notice and the staff was genuinely nice. And cool. My last day there I had to rebook a day or so cause a friend needed me for another day.
Upon arrival, I tried to check in, the lady at the desk said give us a little bit to clean the room, and I was like "Okay cool" was told to wait over here for awhile and the lady clocked out and someone else clocked in (not his fault) he handled all his tasks upon arrival I didn't bother him because I figured she would've said something, so I sat in the lobby for a long time. then he approached me said can I help you sir, I said yeah I reserved a room and I'm waiting for it to be cleaned, he apologized for the issue gave me my card, and it smelled weird, seemed a little unclean cause you could tell at some point someone left a cigarette on the counter in the bathroom and it burned into the sink,, also there's some people lurking around there that hotel that you really don't wanna associate with.
For a Quality Inn, this location lacks quality of anything! Had to go outside to find the front desk staff, breakfast appeared to be closed as the chairs were stacked on the table and no cereal because they ran out of milk. All other items were placed in little to no content. Even the coffee suffered quality!
I traveled around 35 years for business and never had this type of experience. My wife, grandson and I booked a suite. The suite we booked was to have a king bed...sleeper sofa and love seat along with coffee table ect.. We entered the suite and the only there was a king bed...NOTHING ESLE!!! Front desk could not explain it?!? Said they would give some cost relief. I said no thanks got a full refund and ran to a much nicer hotel in Salisbury!!!!!!

The pool was not in service! This was the main reason for booking at this particular motel!!! The hallway smelled like Marijuana!! The room was like an oven. AC was off! People in the hall outside our door until 2am. Breakfast was terrible. Had to wait on coffee. No orange juice. Maple syrup was watered down. Vending machine didn't give me my change back of 3.75. We should have gotten a discount since it was not posted that pool was out of service!!! We took our granddaughter to swim. She was very disappointed!! I will never stay there again. I will spread the word! The bed sqeaked!
I booked a king suite with a whirlpool. The siite was supposed to have a couch and a chair. My room had neither. When I spoke to the desk clerk she offered me another room for an additional $200 / night. The office was broken, I asked for another chair got one that was just as bad as the one I had. I had to to Walmart and buy a camping to have a place to sit. The hall smelled like urine. The room was cheap but not that cheap. I plan to NOT go to that hotel again.
Overall, the location was good and clean.
I did not like breakfast. They put out very little breakfast and it was all carbs except for 3 small yogurts at a time. There were 2 mini sausage biscuits (only 3 packs at a time). Very sparse and all food was gone at 8:30 am. Staff told me they were not a buffet but they should have enough food for guests. I paid for breakfast in my room charge and it was very limited for a diabetic.
