Cons:

Our room was situated on a floor next to a hockey team that made lots of noise in the evening including running and screaming in the hallway. Why the hotel chose to locate our room in this vicinity is a mystery and disappointing

I'll never stay there again. There. Summed up.
Pros:

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The wait time of 1 1/2 hour for food was ridiculous. We watched 5 different tables just leave because of the wait. When our food did arrive, the wait staff had mixed up orders between tables so ours was wrong...the "bacon" bits on the Cobb Salad came as one big clump! Off site parking was horribly
inconvenient. I requested Military discount but because I booked through a third party it was denied. Lastly, 450 dollars for an average room in the middle of nowhere??? 250 would have been expected.

All in all, a positive experience.
Pros:

The indoor pool was small, but pleasant, and a large swimming pool isn't really necessary anyway. The room was clean and quiet and the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was great. It's all we ask for in a hotel room.

Cons:

Nothing that I experienced needed improvement. The parking lot on the hill across the street was a bit awkward, but unavoidable given the local topography. Thanks to everyone involved for keeping the property so nice.

Met expectations. Clean, quiet with pleasant efficient staff under the circumstances
Pros:

The restaurant is excellent. - had dinner and breakfast there. Friendly staff. Unfortunately they were understaffed in the evening due to having a very large party in a separate room
The beds were very comfortable, generous supply of towels, soap and shampoo - everything you need is provided for

Cons:

There was only one staff member at the desk on checking in and she was having to deal with a detailed check in for another guest Hard to wait even 10 to 15 minutes after a long car ride
Again under staffing evident
