Pros:

If you are familiar with this area then you will know that it can be challenging for businesses to operate and keep expenses reasonable. I felt safe and the staff has been wonderful. For the price and for the traveller who is perhaps in and out, this is the way to go.

Cons:

I remember the height and glory days of Howard Johnson's. I wish that brand still had the market. This is a hard neighborhood to operate in successfully. These folks are doing it well. Thanks for the chance to share.

Not what I expected from Howard Johnson
Pros:

Quiet!!! beds were comfortable,they accomodations my handicap and service dog. The housekeepers were very helpful ...overall not clean

Cons:

The unit in general was filthy. I had to clean the bath,/shower before I could use it. Turned the AC unit on and a bunch of dust flew in my face.. drawers was nasty all of them .. I was bit upset not worth the money..also was going to do laundry but dryer was broke and the pool was covered..This is Howard Johnson's !! ??

La descrizione non è per niente attinente alla realtà. La piscina è fuori servizio, la camera sporca con lenzuola con bruciature di sigaretta. Manca la colazione nonostante venga indicata. Attorno alla struttura si aggirano persone poco raccomandabili, quartiere per niente sicuro e pieno di senzatetto. Sconsigliato a tutti, in modo particolare ad una famiglia.

Quiet location, very clean, good bed !
Pros:

Quiet location, very clean, good bed ! It's located within a relatively short drive to Fort Carson. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The staff are what make this place great ! If you're looking for just a short stay for work, if you're in transition, while looking around for a permanent place to settle, this will do just fine. There's several fast food options and a Safeway nearby.
