We didn’t stay they scammed us !
Pros:

Nothing we were told they didn’t have the room we booked and we would get a full refund. However, we never got the refund so they are thieves.

Decent stay with great staff and clean rooms.
Pros:

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean.

Cons:

The hotel was built in the 1970s and is in need of updating, the location next to the highway is noisy and the wifi was not good.

Pros:

Not able as was heading for surgery. Family liked the breakfast. Receptionist very nice.

Cons:

As I was handicapped was very hard to get off toilet. Had tp phone as no toilet paper in room. Had requested a handicapped room on phone guess one was not a available. Could really have used handicapped room. Am 81 years of age so room was hard to use for my needs.

Will not stay here again
Pros:

The bed was in really bad shape. You roll to the center. The room was on the ground level at the far end of the building located next to the stairwell and fire exit. The fire alarm had gone off and when we had exited the room a staff member was letting people know that they needed to evacuate the building. As I went to go out the fire exit he told me we needed to use the main entrance. Not sure what the fire department / Fire Marshal would say about that

The bed was really worn out. And lots of water damage around the AC unit

Best breakfast ever!!
Pros:

Stayed for a couple and really enjoyed our interactions with the friendly staff, breakfast was excellent and the breakfast hosts Jake and Dylan was super friendly.

The staff was amazing, the breakfast was very good and the lobby was beautiful.

Cons:

Our room was horrible. The paint was peeling off the ceiling, the outlet was dangling out of the wall, the bathroom floor was disgusting, the microwave was filthy, there was some sort of dried dark goo on the wall. I have never stayed at a bad Baymont before and after a very long road trip this is not at all what I expected.

The best staff
Pros:

Came here for a business trip 2x. Bremerton only has like 3 hotels. I'm glad I tried it. It's not a newer or luxury hotel but the staff is top notch and very warm. Bailey at the front desk here is a gem. The hotel is well maintained, quiet and met my needs. I will come again

Our carpets were wet our clothes got wet and bags got wet due to that. Kids sweaters got ruined our plans were ruined along with having to get kids new clothes but it got wet. Lady upfront told us they probably cleaned the carpets and didn’t tell us
