NOT MUCH - I have a minor disability and my room was so far away from the lobby...I never could eat breakfast any of the days I was staying there. It was practically a half mile walk from my room to the lobby....at least that's what it felt like to my knees and ankles.
The bathroom was not clean. Hair in the bathtub - gross. No blow dryer in the room - had to call down to the main desk several times to get a blow dryer brought to the room. I asked for extra hangers for the closet 2 days in a row and never received them so I just gave up. See the statement above - my room was SO FAR away from the lobby I never could eat breakfast. Ridiculous
Room was easy to find & access. It was clean & open. Easy to move in room.
Drunk group running up & down hall way. Water pressure in sink was horrible.
Where do I start? Hard to say, but what I can say is that I will avoid this hotel like the plague.
20+ minute to get checked in. Clearly understaffed and one employee frolicking around the hotel lobby trying her best to look busy, however neglecting the 6+ people waiting in line while her colleague suffers.
Upon entry to my room, there were a decent amount of dirt/mud spread across the bathroom floor. Toilet and shower were dirty and not inviting.
My colleague once checked in, enters his room to find that the room was not cleaned and prepared for the next guest. Tip money on the pillow, blankets on the floor, and wet towels all over the floor. Awesome.
Best part of this experience was we were only there for 1 night. Couldn't wait to leave.
We booked four rooms for family attending a wedding, and our experience was disappointing. All rooms were dirty, with one having a used bar of soap covered in hair upon a late check-in. Another room was missing a hairdryer that took hours and several calls to the front desk to receive. Replacement towels took three hours, which was frustrating when we were trying to get ready for a wedding.
Housekeeping only services and restocks rooms every three days, yet one room with two guests had only one coffee pod upon arrival. Parking was also very limited, with many cars taking up multiple spaces.
The breakfast was the highlight of our stay with a good variety of food, but overall the cleanliness, slow service, and lack of basic amenities would keep us from staying here again.

They need to clean up around the parking areas

When we walked in the sliding glass door was fully open and the reason I believe is because the room smelled like cigarettes. I spilt a little bit of water on the floor so I got napkins to clean it up and the napkin was black 😔 then our room were defective we had to reprogram them twice. The most upsetting was the used bar of soap in the bathtub that I didn't notice until I was already in the shower 🤢. All I kept thinking was did this room even get cleaned after the last person stayed here? We have stayed here a couple of times and it will be my last.
Not to mention I was charged for my 19 year old Chihuahua who is in a diaper 24 hours a day (I did expect a charge) but no where on the website or in the booking app doesn't give prices.
Cleanliness, comfort, quiet, staff friendliness, breakfast, location. The overall experience was excellent.
The complimentary breakfast was honestly delicious. The homestyle breakfast potatoes were really good. Great value add.
The room could have been cleaner. The sheets and towels were fresh, but the fixtures and faucets had calcium deposits. Could sparkle a little more ✨️

Doesn't clean the room while you are stepping out of the building. I assume housekeeping will clean and put a new set of towels and change the bedding.

Very dirty room. Our room actually had dirty towels hanging in the closet when we checked in. AC didn't work. Elevators didn't work. Very dirty and uncomfortable
