Pros:

there was no breakfast. Staff were very friendly. The place was just so run down. Would be well worth it to replace carpets, or at the very least clean them. There was some dried hair on the wall. Just wasn't clean. The price which was a lot didn't match the value at all.

Pros:

It was clean, tidy, good showers and comfortable bed. Continental breakfast was actually fine. Had read previous negative comments re same. Good bagels, choice of spreads and cereal.
