Pros and cons but I'd give it another try.
Pros:

The location was great, only about a 10 minute walk to the convention center. The staff was nice and helpful. The room had a comfortable bed.

Cons:

The bathroom was not cleaned properly but wasn't disgusting either. There was no elevator and I had a ton of luggage because I had 3 kids with me. The breakfast was gross.

Definitely got what I paid for.
Pros:

Loved the easy access to the gatlinburg strip, and close to restaurants. It was definitely what I paid for, $100 a night for a king suite, I loved the upper queen size bed in the loft, it was like a separate area for my kids without having to pay for adjoining rooms.

Cons:

The pool was ice cold, but that's kind of on me for assuming "indoor" pool being heated, every indoor pool I've ever been to has been heated. The bed sheets are super thin, felt like I was sleeping with tissue paper. There was hair left all over the room, long black hair, in the bath tub, on the toilet and on the bed. And cigarette butts everywhere!! Infront of the rooms, near the pool, littered all around the hotel itself. I notified the hotel I would be leaving around 10:30-11am but at 8:30am housekeeping unlocked the door and walked in walking us up. That really upset me seeing as I have 2 small children and a Male house keeper walked in. The hotel has been upgraded but it's still not in the best shape. They definitely need a better contractor! Shower head was broke and leaked, the outlet for the hairdryer next to the sink didn't work, at first we thought it was just the hair dryer itself but I tried to straighten my hair the the outlet was the problem. A cheap hotel is just that.. a cheap hotel. I not upset or mad, heck I'd probably stay again haha.
