It was walking distance of a wine tasting!!

Cons:

Everything. The key card kept messing up, blow dryer was sparking when trying to use, we had to get towels everyday for a family of 5 in a king suite when we told them how many from the get go, elevator was broke we were told we were getting an upgrade but the room we got looked exactly like the one we booked online. Oh and the TV messed up on our last day and all they told us was we would fix it tomorrow which was check out for us. Juice at breakfast was only available 1 out of 3 days. Elevator didn't work and upgrades looked like what I booked online

Cons:

The property is very run down and not maintained. The elevator was not working and I had to carry luggage to the 3rd floor! Mold in the bathroom, broken tub faucet and a filthy desk chair.

Didnt stay in the room much. We woke up and got dressed, then went out all day.
Pros:

The staff was polite. I liked the deck location, was able to see the furework display from good location.

Cons:

The toilet in our room ran constantly. The bed pillows were small and felt very used,. The mattress felt old.

The property was poorly kept.
They stuck us in a back room with a horrid patio with broken chairs and the AC didn’t work. We asked to be moved and they said they couldn’t so they said they would send a maintenance guy to us and never did. So we sweat the nights there and was NOT great. Leaking hot water in the faucet in the shower caused hot humid air to pour into the already hot room so we had to keep that door shut

Everything! Our door wouldn't lock, the shower didn't work. We told them and no one ever came to fix it. The rooms and outside the rooms smelled like mold. Nothing looked or felt clean about nothing at this stay. The worse place I have ever stayed at my 41 years of living.

Never got to stay we are senior citizen and could barely walk up the ramp to check the room out.

Cons:

Nothing elevator. Ramps do steep with lung cancer and my husband bad knees couldn’t get the luggage up the ramp if we tried. Ask for non smoking and room smelled bad

The price wasn't worth the convenience and I won't be staying there again.
Pros:

The location is great. Convenient to the strip and River Rd. The bed was pretty comfortable.

Cons:

The elevator wasn't working. It wasn't working a couple of years ago when we visited. Seems odd that is "happens" to be out again. The place needs a good cleaning and remodeling.

Pros:

The location is perfect for spending time in town or the national Forest. The bed so so comfy we even skipped breakfast to stay in it longer. The jacuzzi in the room was a treat after all the walking we did. Definitely one of my favorites 😁

The only good thing about this place was the local being directly in the heart kf downtown Gatlinburg.

Cons:

It was absolutely gross, not clean, elevators didnt even work, pool was gross, it stink so nad, and it is VERY VERY falsely advised on hiw it looks.
Oh and they have roaches!!

Would NEVER recommend.
