The room was good
Never had any warning until the day of arrival about the elevator did not work. We was on the third floor .
Just area
The rooms are really trash. Small ragady don't get King. Waste of money. Everything so small in there. Couldn't even sit on toilet so small in bathroom too.. I really want my money back.
Location
If it was in the middle of town
Everything needs torn down and replaced
A parking GARAGE would look better than this place
It was old and dirty
Loved the location
Elevator was down, shower didn’t drain well, blow dryer didn’t work,
Very affordable, close by so walking the strip is very easy. I’ve never had an issue out of this hotel and I always appreciate that
Every property in this area has bears, so I can’t complain about that
Location.
The carpet was dirty, the tub didn't drain, and the toilet ran non stop.
What I didn't like was the shower was no pressure, the pool smelled like sewage, the beds was uncomfortable, the walkway was full of water ,the pool water was very cold , about 10 pm m you could hear kids outside screaming on top of there lungs , the tiles around the pool where cracked
We stayed there 3 years ago and it was good ...,the breakfast was not good, like it was last time
There was no hot water. The night shift staff was very rude . Nobody let us know there was not any hot water.
Nice beds nice rooms
No hot water
Comfortable bed, balcony overlooking parkway
Pool was murky, elevator didn’t work, smelled like marajuna, very old property that needs badly to be updated, rooms were clean but handles falling off drawers, balcony’s falling apart, trees growing out of gutters, etc. In bad need of basic maintenance and updates.
The location was at the end of the strip, so it was nice to be able to either walk or go the back way out exploring in the truck without fighting traffic. At check-in we were told the elevator was broken, but the stairs weren't that bad. If you want a fancy, updated hotel, choose somewhere else. If you want a budget friendly place to lay your head at night, this place does the job. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again!
The location was great and the staff were friendly.
Everything, will stay there next vacation.
The indoor pool was so cold that another guest told the front desk and their reply was "there's nothing we can do about it" as soon as my daughter got out she got in the shower. When she got out of the shower she lost all color, her eyes were dilated and her lips and under eyes were blue. Come to find out the pool was hypothermia stage temperature and your not supposed to get in warm water after being in water so cold because it drops blood pressure rapidly. Scariest moment of my life. It's supposed to be a year round indoor pool. We visited in April. We also booked a room that was listed having a view. Even requested a city view ahead. Instead they gave us a room all the way in the back corner. Where all we could see was the parking lot.
