Cons:

The lady at the check-in was extremely rude. Our bathtub ran all night long. The water never stopped running. The room just didn’t smell clean. It didn’t feel clean.

Hassle from the time we got there until we checked out
Pros:

The location was great. That is absolutely all that was positive about our 3 day stay.

Cons:

Upon arriving we had perishable items that needed refrigeration. Neither the microwave or refrigerator was working. Our room had no WiFi. The front desk played dumb, and claimed it must be a bad connection in “just our room”. It was never repaired. We had to use our personal hot spot and date to watch TV. Cleaning crews didn’t service our room during our stay and I requested additional towels/rags and a blanket for 2 full days before I got them. The room itself was run down and needed deep cleaning. There was no place to fill a water bottle outside of the hours between 6:30am-9am. After these hours, the water dispenser was turned off. The front desk claimed “they did not have the ability to turn it on”. There were 4 different front desk clerks during our stay. 3 out of 4 were completely unprofessional and it was if” they’d been trained to avoid and not help customers”. We also witnessed many other dissatisfied guest complaining to the front desk during our stay, with what looked like no resolution. We are done with this place for good. Below is a picture of our WiFi not working. My husband presented it when the front desk asked him to bring “his device to the front” while she proceeded to take his phone and acted like it was his fault in hopes to make him feel like a dumb ass. It’s too bad that he was previously employed at Verizon or IT. It was very insulting attempt to cover up our room having not service. There is no way we are the only guest that have stayed in room 111 and had a problem with it.

Pros:

The bed was comfy. The location and free parking were great.

Cons:

The room was not clean. The bath/shower enclossure had black mold? dirt? In the crevices. There were No hangers. I was told they get stolen. Only one ice machine up the hill in the lobby. We were afraid to eat the breakfast.TV wouldn't work. Had to get maintenance person to do a factory reset.
