Bad experience

When making reservations it stated you had an open pool. When we arrived the pool was closed. We reserved 2 rooms 1 with a fire place. The fireplace didn't work. I brought it to their attention. They said they would be there to fix the next morning. They did not. The 2nd room when we arrived had no refrigerator. We changed rooms. We had to fight with the door to get it open. Very frustrating when you have your hands full. I had 2 grandkids that I bought new swimsuits, goggles, and towels for them. They were upset the pool was closed. They are the reason I reserved at this establishment.

Over all it was good

That first room was a rat room. So we was going to go home but they changed our room and it was good 👍

It was amazing, everything was 10/10.
Pros:

I like that they let us check in early since we arrived early. I like that it was exactly like the pictures. And the room service was excellent, they cleaned every morning refreshed our towels and took our trash, and honestly I don’t like services while at the places I stay but nothing was missing and it was refreshing to come back to a straightened room after a long day in the town.

Cons:

I wish they had a waffle maker, or extra options for cereal.

Physical condition. Needs an exterior facelift. Rooms were clean and modern but the rest of the facility is old and falling apart

It was a wonderful trip

It was very clean and right on the strip and within walking distance to everything

Pros:

The location was great for us. It was nice being able to walk to all the shops and restaurants, but was still outside of all foot traffic. The kids enjoyed the arcades in the area as well as seeing all the Christmas lights on our evening walks.

Nothing, out dated hotel. Pool was closed

Cons:

Pool was closed, went to take a shower and water stayed cold, come to find out Hot water was actually cold water and cold water was hot water! Great way for someone to get seriously burned! Elevator felt like u were gonna fall thru the floor, and front desk service was terrible!

Lady at front desk was rude. Door keys stopped working twice n had to have new ones made. Breakfast wasn't as good as it should have been. Pictures on site need to be updated and more lighting needs to be added to room. Also need to have something saying do not disturb for your room so cleaning don't come in anyway.
