Pros:

Location was great

Cons:

Beds were like a brick. Needs updating. Carpets are torn. Need painting. Elevator doesnt work. Get what you pay for. Price is great.

Terrible experience. This caused us to arrive home in the wee hours of the morning.
Pros:

Both my husband and I are disabled. The elevator was not working, but staff helped us get our things up.The steps. We could barely get our own selves up the steps. We needed to go back to the car to get more ,of our things.but decided we could not go back and forth. We Asked the front desk for a refund due to our disabilitis. we were told we would have to speak to the manager, who wasn't there. We stated that we were on our way home to Kentucky. From south carolina and would just have to drive the whole way home Becauseof the elevators. Not being available for us. We called the manager the next day Who stated she would refund our money for the hotel room. The money was refunded , but then charged again the next day. We called the manager back and let her know aboutthe ADA Policies and That we would be reporting this to them. They refund was processed again the next day.

Cons:

Having no elevator. Having to continue to contact them for a refund.

Moved rooms 3 times , first room molded, 2nd room no hot water. Was gonna check out but was not sure if there another hotel available and money was a low. Put in 3rd room and dealt with it . Very unsatisfied with this booking

Pros:

I'm telling you like I wish someone would have rated...they are alot better places to stay in Gatlinburg. The garbage truck or something 2 nights 3 am you won't be sleeping long when they start

Disappointed in overall condition
Pros:

The facility was very old & not updated. The bathroom sink did not drain well. Would not recommend.

We had somewhere to stay but it didn’t not live up to the expectation.
Pros:

The room didn’t have bugs at least. It did have 3 beds and was big enough that we could keep our kids in one space.

Cons:

The breakfast was limited to cereal and bagels or toast. The pool was freezing so the kids couldn’t use it. The elevator was broken and we had to push the cart up and down a steep ramp for 3 floors. Ice machine on 1st floor and didn’t have any ice. The vending machine pop was not even cold. The other 2 beds were up a corner set of metal spiral steps to a loft type 2 bedroom, would have been ok for older kids but not with a 1 yr old.

Dissatisfied
Pros:

Room was fair, pool was clean but cold. For indoors

Cons:

Elevator was broke the entire trip 6days 5 nights. The staff was rude and unwilling to help with issues the property caused. Staff tried to close the lobby while my family and I were playing games trying to have a family game night. Property gave one of our rooms away causing one of our party to sleep on a sleeping bag. Promised to get us another room but was conveniently full all week all though there was empty rooms all week. Will not stay at this property again.

Checked out 3 days early after just one night due to no hot water, even after movie rooms a shower wasn't tolerable.
Pros:

Comfortable bedding and location.

Cons:

Broken elevator and we were on top floor.
Could not swim in indoor pool, it is ice cold!
No hot water in our first room, was told maintenance wasn't on site with no offer of a solution. Had to request a different room. Second room the water was barely luke warm. Was given WiFi password, it didn't seem to extend far past the lobby.

Pros:

It was just a true things on the breakfast menu fruit which was okay but a continental breakfast didn't pan out to what we thought it was going to be

Cons:

They had to swap rooms we asked for a balcony room and they end up with a jacuzzi room at a dead end we was wanting to be closer to our friends and family it didn't happen
