Disappointed
Pros:

The room smelled like mold. Floors were dirty. Did not want to take off my shoes. Piles of dark stuff that looked like saw dust on top of the radiator.

It could have been better.
Pros:

Close to the airport.

Cons:

Room was dirty. Our room didn’t get cleaned or the bed wasn’t changed and didn’t get new towels! I didn’t like the choices for breakfast.

Excellent location for our need and value
Pros:

Location and value were great. We needed to pick up our friend who was flying into the airport, so the location was perfect. The room was large and comfortable and a very good value. And it's always nice to have coffee and breakfast included.

Cons:

I think the hotel is "pet friendly" and our room smelled a bit doggy.

Clean but thin walls for anyone needing quiet space

Thoroughly enjoyable.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good. Some days the scrambled eggs left a bit to be desired but overall it was very good. The location to the airport and I380 was just what I wanted. My room was nice, quiet and clean.

Cons:

I think my room backed up to the kitchen where they prepared the breakfast. There was always noise going on in there anytime after 4AM. Early one morning 2 girls were having a conversation in there and I had a hard time getting back to sleep. They probable don't realize the sound travels into that room but when everything is quiet it does. Maybe move their conversations to a place that doesn't share a wall with a guest room.
