Prodigy Hotel, a Days Inn by Wyndham

Terrible double booked my room and there was people in my room and it caused a huge ary

It’s clean and safe. I think recently remodeled, so it’s nice, but the walls are thin. We could hear every conversation next to us and every bed spring above us.

Close to downtown yet just far enough away from it too. Very clean but had a few equipment issues (no power to charge on my side of the bed, iron holder not secure to wall) . Overall good experiences

Everything was great. Got value for what we paid for. Great location, easy parking, and friendly staff.

I have called not once but three times to speak to a manager. And Everytime they are demanding who I am and won’t let me talk to her. This hotel was awful. Ended up getting moved rooms bc we were locked out each time we left. Then when we got moved the fire Alarm kept beeping for 7 nights when we were told someone would come fix it the next morning. The room we got moved to also didn’t have a microwave and was smaller than our original room…We spent 7 nights here and I would never stay here ever again. We spent a LOT of money for this hotel. No reimbursement for anything.

Quiet, clean, free continental breakfast. Our cable went out and someone came immediately and fixed it within 5 minutes. Easy access to freeway. Air conditioned. Great place to stay for Aftershock.

The room was clean. They made the bed and took out the trash everyday. Host was great.

Beautiful place

Very clean and quite environment.

AC stopped working and had to be moved to another room in the middle of the night. The AC device needed a new battery and they could not change it.

Im a regular at prodigy and love it here.

It was good, clean and big enough for a hotel but some “ stuff” wasn’t the greatest, supplies for the coffee area were just unbelievable cheap not even coffee creamer 🙄, towels were so thin or maybe old that stains were so obvious, they gave me only 1 set, 1 of each, tissue paper (toilet paper) was already used and maybe more than 1/2 way over, 2 roll was small too. Anyway not enough basic toiletries as any hotel should provide for the money you pay for it. They offer breakfast, lite breakfast so expect a super basic lite breakfast. Giving 4 starts because the place was clean and quiet even though many reviewed the opposite.

everything is great, only thing is mattress was thin. Not worn to point i can feel springs but the mattrrss was so thin o woke up stiff.

the am breakfast sucked. just cerial amd basic bread for toast. and yogurt. no protein (other wudham hotel had waffles sausage bacon and packaged hard boil eggs. disappointed in breakfast

Overall good stay for a few nights. There are no elevators and the Kiosk check in felt cold. I am all for technology and absolutely love all my apps and the convenience. However, the hotel industry is just not the place for kiosk check in. You lose the personalization and the ability to wholeheartedly speak to individual and ask about local things to do. Other than that the place was clean and the room was great.

This was a really nice and pet friendly property. The virtual check in kiosk was kinda creepy but that’s more of a personal preference issue. It worked fine and the screen person was nice. The only heads up would be the “breakfast”, it was pretty weak. White bread, some instant oatmeal, fake butter, weird yogurt and some cold cereal. If you need an actual breakfast I’d plan on finding it somewhere else.
That said, I would definitely stay there again since it was clean, reasonably priced and pet friendly.

Dirty and had ants

We had a stressful move with our dogs and this was the perfect place to stay. The room was nice and spacious. Also, there was a ton of space to walk the dogs.
