c'est honteux pour l'établissement accès au parking pour les piétons par l'accès voiture, très mal indiqué l'ascenseur qui mène du parking vers l'hôtel dans un état catastrophique.
le personnel pas du tout terrible qui regarde le client de haut

Chambre correcte, il manquait juste la séparation des lits et du coup j'ai dû dormir dans un lit de camp. Malgré tout, l'équipe a trouvé une solution avec le lit d'appoint qui était somme toute très très confortable.
Le personnel est formidable. Un merci particulier au personnel du petit déjeuner qui est tellement sympathique et attentionné

Cons:

De dormir dans un lit de camp alors que j'avais fait la demande pour des lits séparés.
Franchement, le reste il n'y a juste rien à dire tant c'est top

Le personnel , au petit déjeuner !!!!!! pas digne d'un 4 étoiles !!!!!!
Pourtant arriver à 9h20 pour petit-déjeuner tranquille, on nous dis d'abord que certains endroits sont réservés au brunch de 11h30 puis on nous sautent dessus à 9h50 pour nous avertir de la fin des petit-déj......
bref, nous étions apparemment pas les seuls à être très déçus.

Beautiful hotel but very warm room in the summer.
Pros:

Great location and friendly helpful staff. Very modern decor.

Cons:

Room was extremely warm and as the client, you have no control over the room temperature. The thermostat on the wall does not allow you to make any changes to the temperature, it only turns the fan on and off. Therefore, although it indicated 19 C, it was not at all the case and when they finally brought in a fan, it measured the room temperature at a consistent 26 C for 24 hrs. The hotel AC central system is a hit and miss. Lobby is nice and cool but not all rooms will be the same which makes it difficult to sleep.

Excellent séjour et personnel très sympathique
Pros:

Nous sommes toujours bien reçus dans cet établissement, nous avons eu un problème de clim et nous avons été changé de chambre immédiatement. Très appréciable , et personnel très sympathique.

Cons:

Légèrement bruyant lorsque la chambre est contre les ascenseurs.
