Le réglage de la température de l'eau dans la douche n'est pas simple. J'aurais aimé avoir un robinet avec l'affichage de la température de l'eau choisie.

Les fenêtres des chambres étaient ouvertes, impossible de les fermer (chambre 533 et 535) Nous l’avons signalé à l’accueil mais rien n’a été fait derrière. La déperdition de chaleur est énorme et nous avons donc naturellement eu froid …

L’ emplacement de l'établissement et le professionnalisme du personnel.

Cons:

A notre arrivée l'atmosphère de la chambre (exposée plein sud) était étouffante. La climatisation n'était pas activée et les stores et volets d’aération ne fonctionnaient pas car les connections électriques étaient inopérantes.
Pb aussi avec la cabine de douche rendue inaccessible car la porte ne s'ouvrait que vers l’intérieur rendant ainsi toute possibilité de la refermée.
A notre avis le rapport qualité prix est loin d'être justifié.
Ce séjour restera, pour nous, notre pire souvenir d’un hôtel 4 étoiles depuis que nous utilisons vos services.

I had a good experience of my stay there.
Pros:

The hotel location is good. The breakfast was nice. Rooms were clean. The staff was very helpful. In particular, I'm very grateful to concierge Daniel who helped me with starting my car at the hotel underground parking.

Cons:

I had problems with getting to the hotel underground paking. And this was not just me, but there were other geusts who got confused, as well. The hotel should draw a clear plan or cheme how to get to their geusts parking lot.

Etonnée qu'au bar/restaurant de l'hôtel il n'y ait pas assez de coupes de champagne alors que nous commandions plusieurs bouteilles de Rotschild pour un groupe. Nous avons du le boire dans des verres à vin, c'est un peu dommage...
