Acceuil super sympathique par des gens souriants, que ce soit à la réception ou au restaurant pour le petit déjeuner! le confort d'un parking sur place.
la seule chose que je puis évoquer est le manque de prises dans la chambre... ce serait bien d'en avoir une de chaque côté du lit pour pouvoir charger les téléphones... mais ce n'est qu'un petit détail, et ce n'est rien par rapport aux sourires et gentilesse à l'accueil!
I stayed here for 1 night after a river cruise. The location was very convenient as it was close to where my ship docked. The hotel is modern, rooms are big and I found it to be very clean. Air conditioning is important to me and it worked very well!!!
At check-in the staff was super friendly. They honored all of my elite benefits and thanked me.
I had dinner at Zucca, the main restaurant on property and it was exceptional. Service was nice, food was good and portions were large.
The only dissapointmebt was this hotel does not have an M lounge. Elites dont get any snacks or drinks. As a business traveller I really appreciate the lounges. Also the room did not have any washclothes in the bathroom also no robe. For being an executive category room, I expected these things.

Spacious room, well isolated from corridor and neighbours so no outside noises. There was a large quality bed in the room as well. If you like to jog in the morning this hotel is for you as the park is right next door. However, the hotel is some distance from Lyon´s town centre but well connected with public transport.
The surroundings of thew hotel and the arcade felt stranded. Closed business spots, no people/buzz in Friday and Saturday evenings etc. Small things in the room like missing hair conditioner, a non-working shower switch etc, so the hotel felt a bit worn out.

ça radine un peu au niveau des options de confort : pas de mini bar dans la chambre, fees de 6 euros pour le room service, pas de peignoir, minimum syndical dans la salle de bain.

The park in the back is beautiful but its a bit of a walk to get to the city center
La dernière fois que nous sommes venus. Panne de climatisation, cette fois ci panne d ascenseur et obligé d attendre plus de 10 mm pour avoir enfin de l eau non chaude dans le robinet du lavabo !! L accueil prévenu nous dit d aller prendre de l eau froide à la fontaine dans le couloir !!!
Précédemment attente de plus de 5 mm après action de la sonnette piur se faire ouvrir le garage.. (autour de 22h...)
This is a beautiful hotel. It's some distance from the center of the city, but it overlooks a wonderful park, and the Rhone is across the street. There's a tram footsteps away. The staff is kind and helpful The rooms are scrupulously clean and most have nice views.
