goede ligging, ok voor een nacht met gebruik van de bar , het restaurant is geen aanrader

de ontvangst aan de balie was top , alsook het personeel in de bar

het restaurant was niet ok : eerst liet men mij lang wachten alvorens mij een tafel toe te kennen ; de dame die vera,ntwoordelijk was zat even aan haar scherm gekluisterd en niemand van het personeel die haar attant maakte dat ik al een tijdje stond te wachten (het was niet druk) , dan kreeg ik een tafel en moest in na een 10 minuten het teken doen dat ik wou bestellen . dan heeeel lang wachten op de eerste 2 glazen wijn : uiteindelijk heb ik na 35 minuten toekomen mijn eerste glas gekregen . de sla Nicoise van mijn vrouw : geen ei , geen ansjovis , we grote stukken kip met veel vel rond
de drive van de receptie en de bar vond ik helemaal NIET terug bij het personeel van het restaurant : die werkten duidelijk tegen hun zin
Wat betreft de kamer spijtig dat de ramen niet open gingen en dan was er een schakelaar aan het bed met ,nachtverlichting, maar die werkte niet

Hilton is great in convenience, amenities, modern, pleasing decor
Pros:

This was a great hotel. Love the main building in which all the rooms are centered around. A large, center atrium was quite stunning and many views up and down. The room was absolutely beautiful and so comfortable. We had two twin beds and they were so comfortable, study and firm, and slept wonderful. The bathroom was very nice and modern with wonderful amenities including a bathtub and shower. Lovely shower gels and lotions in the bathroom. Would stay here again if I ever need to. It is the furthest from the airport terminal so just be prepare to walk, but that always feels good after a flight. The views out the window are of the airport, but city lights at night are always nice aren't they.

Goede oplossing als je op Schiphol moet zijn (voor vertrek of iemand afhalen)

Rustig gelegen vlakbij Schiphol, gemakkelijke eigen (wel prijzige) parking, heerlijk ontbijt, mogelijkheid om te dineren.
