Worst Hilton experience ever

The room, the view and the cleanliness of the room and the hotel

Cons:

In all my years of travel, I have never witnessed such utter disregard for basic customer service. Three of the front desk staff were shockingly rude, dismissive, and utterly incompetent. You expect a certain standard of professionalism from Hilton, but this experience fell catastrophically short. Unacceptable on every level.

Moderne, calme, chambre bien aménagée

Cons:

La chambre n’était pas prête à ….21h30 ! Nous avons attendu au bar. En demandant si nous pouvions garder notre chambre jusqu’à 15h00, ce qui aurait été une correcte compensation, la réponse fut oui, avec 50 euros de supplément. Pas très commercial ni agréable

The hotel is really close to the airport and the room is quite clean.

Cons:

The lounge is a little bit too poor to be a genuine “lounge”… just a few cookies and coffee which is barely satisfied as a “lounge”.
