The Customer Service here is really Incredible and they care about you so much as if you were family. I’ve joined as a member and absolutely love the pool, with a Gorgious, views of beautiful architecture, sunshine, birds, and trees!

David Citadel is always my go to when i go to israel.
The location, the service and the accommodation are tops.
but everyone knows that the best part of citdale experience is the delicious and abundant breakfast with the great service. special shout out to samir bah abd samor mar who are so accommodating and helpful.

Had an amazing stay at David Citadel. The war broke out and I extended my stay. My wife decided to go back to the US so I was solo for a bit. I wanted to give a shout out to Ata in the restaurant. Such a kind and professional server. I actually looked forward each morning to seeing his face and enjoying his friendly demeanor. I was a little lovely once my wife left but Ata made me feel at home. BTW - The hotel itself is outstanding. The food, the facilities and . . . Lots of safe places for missile alerts ; ). Very professional warnings and staff.

Noy Shoshany the trainer at the gym is amazing. she’s so attentive and intelligent and she’s the best trainer there is.
I recommend her 100%.

Very nice hotel. Food was awesome. Room was small but clean. Staff were awesome and very helpful. We did laundry services and they were prompt and same day. The cleaning staff saw that I threw away my coffee maker and left a water boiler for us to make coffee. So helpful. Shower was a little tricking to keep from soaking the floor. Bathtub was huge and deep and my wife loved it. I would love to go back here and stay again. Safe area and close to the mall. Pool area was beautiful.

From the moment I arrived until I left, I was treated like a king. The rooms are clean, the food was delicious, and staff are top notch. Shout out to Manuel who took such good care of us.

I happened to be here when the war broke out. My friends and I were rattled, but Manuel and the staff took such good care of us. It brought us calm in the middle of chaos. Also, it is a beautiful property with views of the Old City. Would definitely return.

We have had the most extraordinary service during this time of war. Special shout out to Manuel Arbid, Dir of Guest Services & Naiem. The entire team created an environment that brought comfort and peace of mind to weary and vulnerable travelers. I will be forever grateful!

Accommodating. Helpful and kind staff. Our waiters at breakfast always wanted to be sure we were taken care of and we even saw some expert coffee art! Very close to Mamilla shopping area was a big help during our stay.

This hotel is beautiful, centrally located and the breakfast is exceptional. The rooms are comfortable and the atmosphere is both welcoming and upscale. However the most wonderful thing about the David Citadel is the incredible staff. I am here during the Iran war. We had to extend our stay due to airspace closures. In the midst of chaos and stress of cancelled flights, sirens and uncertainty each and every staff person was kind, warm and gracious.

One day I approached the concierge with the hopes of finding an optical shop to replace my lost glasses. Naaem was there and went above and beyond to take care of me. He took my prescription, went to his friend’s optical shop, FaceTimed me to select frames, had the glasses made and brought them to me the next day. He did all of this on his own time after his shift was over. This act of kindness and generosity will stay with me always. Naaem told me his name means heaven and he is my angel from Heaven.

I am grateful to the staff at the David Citadel for making me feel cared for during what was otherwise a stressful time. I will be back to Israel and I will absolutely be staying at the David Citadel.

I had a wonderful experience at the David Citadel (again) -- I travel to Jerusalem frequently and have stayed in more than a dozen hotels, but have decided that the David Citadel is my favorite. The rooms are beautiful -- especially with the Old City/pool view, which is exquisite and I truly think the best in all of Jerusalem. The staff is wonderful, and this time I had an excellent experience with Simon at the front desk, who was so attentive and kind and thoughtful. I can't wait to be back!

Such a great hotel… the rooms, the staff, the location, the food, everything. Our room was spotless and clean. We felt very comfortable there. The staff was accommodating and helpful. The dining was exquisite with many selections and options plus the food was delicious. This is an excellent hotel located across the street from a nice outdoor mall.

I LOVE the David Citadel Hotel in Jerusalem. Every time I return, it feels like coming home when I arrive there. I have been booking our trips for groups here since 2013. I love the staff and most of them have been there for years, so when I return, the David Citadel staff are always waiting to extend a warm welcome for me and my guests. The hotel serves diplomats in a professional and safe environment! The food is excellent, the servers know my order and bring me my drink as soon as I am seated. The porterge team attend to my every request and the Front Desk and Concierge guys go above and beyond to assist me with my every need I have and help me with storage and special requests. These are all reasons I continue to return several times/year. Not to mention the view of the Old City wall, the pool and the convenience of walking to the Mamilla Mall and the Old City. This is my home away from home and my constant go to hotel!

My family loved every moment in the hotel. We loved the location (very close to the kotel) and our hotel room had a beautiful view of the old city walls. In particular the reception staff ASAL and ISMAIL were courteous, accommodating and went out of their way for us.
The food and the waiter staff were incredible. We loved the gym and spa!!!!! Shout out to the incredible trainer there.
We look forward to coming back and staying in this incredible hotel very soon.
