Even if you are not in this hotel’s fabulous Presidential Suite, you will feel just that level of hospitality from GM Marc and his incredibly dedicated to the highest of Hilton standards staff (including Reservations Manager Samantha and Operations Director Johannes). Every team member is there to service your every need and they do so with such a cosmopolitan flair. And as for the Presidential Suite, oh my! The view is of all of Frankfurt from giant windows in all 3 rooms of this sprawling space, complete with a kitchen featuring a 2-burner stove, almost a full-size refrigerator, microwave and kettle. Once you relax in the luxurious bath tub (shower is separate), you will never want to get out. And there is additionally a half-guest bath with toilet and sink. A dining table seats 6 and the living area is enormous. If you do make it out of that wonderful tub, your last stop could well be the super-sized King bed with fluffy pillows fit for royalty. Yes, more picture windows here and the city lights at night are fantastic. A side window opens for a breeze, too. An Executive Lounge is one floor below your 12th/top floor palace, where there are light snacks and beverages available all day, with warm appetizers 6-8 p.m. (weekends 5-7). Breakfast in the beautiful Park Restaurant & Terrace on the Lobby floor is everything you could possibly want, hot and cold, beginning at 6:30 a.m. (weekends, 7). There is also an omelette station for made-to-order. After that feast, you will want to visit the Fitness Center, a full-service gym operated by Fitness First and accessed from Floor 1 just above the Lobby. Free weights, machines, mats, all calling your name. Special thanks to Samantha who helped tailor our needs to the absolute most perfect accommodation… to Johannes who came out to personally greet us on arrival… and especially to a true connoisseur of hospitality in GM Marc, whose entire operation seems to echo the mission of founder Conrad Hilton’s vow “to fill the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality.” Thank you, Marc, for making us feel so very, very special as welcomed guests for 3 beautiful days we shall remember forever. This is a great hotel the staff are always most polite and helpful. Michelle on the front desk was most professional in the way she managed an issue with room rates. A pleasure to manage a difficult situation.

One night the elevator stopped between the 10th and 11th floor. The alarm and communication system in the lift. It was only after calling reception we got some attention and eventually the situation was resolved. Had a person been of nervous disposition the fact you could not communicate with anybody via the elevator communication system is less than satisfactory.

In spite of this I plan to teturn

Originally picked this hotel for its location. Its centrally located. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, train stations and grocery stores.

We loved the gym a lot. Its a commercial gym called Fitness First attached to the hotel that Hilton guests are granted access. So machines, weights, squat racks and saunas are on point. There is also a park next to the hotel good for morning walks.

The breakfast buffet has good options, mostly pork though for protein but there is an omelette station with very friendly chefs. I pointed that I like that they grow their own micro greens and the chef went out of his way to grab the key to the hydrophonic to add micro greens on my eggs.

The executive lounge has smalls bites, charcuterie and drinks (wine, beer, juices, teas) every “happy hour” and for someone like us that eat light for dinner, this was more than enough. Some nights, they offered cocktails. I’d like to say that the lady that works there is the most pleasant of all. She was friendly and remained kind even with some high demands from other guests. I lost my scarf one night and honestly did not expect to see it again. She handed it back to me nicely folded the following day.

Overall, we will definitely be staying here again.

This hotel was in an excellent location and offered superb customer service. My issue was I was booking a family executive connecting room on the app for 351 euro but the app would not process my payment. I was instructed to call the hotel, which I immediately did. There was a slight language barrier I feel and told the representative the exact room and amount the app was offering. She placed me on a brief hold and came back with an amount of 500 euro. I asked why I was seeing the app amount of 351, but she was telling me a m7ch higher amount. I had a meeting to go to and told her to book and I paid. I thought once arriving to hotel they would adjust. We'll upon check in I explained the situation and was told she booked 2 operate rooms and I would need to wait until Monday to get this resolved. I also pulled up the app showing him the difference in rates. I go out of my way to book Hilton properties and definitely would like to be refunded the additional charge. I would stay at this location again but would definitely not pay more than app price.
