Pros:

Lift was quick. Staff were helpful. Smile appeared to enjoy their work. The price was excellent. through EXPEDIA.

Pros:

Convenient for airport and railway station. Family rooms that sleep 5 ideal for us and not easy to get elsewhere. Breakfast excellent, though maybe bringing back the second coffee machine would be good. But no complaints

Hotel was located conveniently to airport and parking was easy however expensive at £20 per night
Reception staff was helpful. Disappointed they closed restaurant at 9.30pm. Bar food option was very basic and quality was not great.
Room was clean and nice and bed was comfortable however really disappointed with no water In the room. They gave me a cookie but money should have been spent on providing water. Overall ok ish.

Just not Hilton standard
Pros:

The extra deadbolts were removed and no chain - our shower mixer didn’t work so we moved rooms - both rooms had very dirty bathroom vents - one room had someone else’s clothes left on the floor . Somebody needs to check rooms are done to a standard maintenance and housekeeping . The good news are the beds are very comfy and the restaurant staff try very hard and our super nice - breakfast is 6/10 for this type of hotel - parking can be tough - we stay 2-3 times a year to visit family it’s just not the same as 9 months ago - we may switch .
