Assez déçu de cet hôtel .

Propreté , espace

Cons:

Nous avons dîné dans une salle pour le shabbat et c’était frigorifique donc très désagréable
De plus la qualité du repas était médiocre . Nous avions passé des séjours dans d’autres hôtels à Tel Aviv et Jérusalem et c’était incomparable . De plus dans notre chambre nous n’avions pas eu des bouteilles d eau lors de notre arrivée ni fruits ni chocolat alors que nos amis dans le même hôtel au même moment en ont eu dans leur chambre .

סוף החוויה הייתה מאכזבת

אהבתי את אחזקת המלון

Cons:

בעת הצ׳ק אאוט רציתי לשלם במזומן, החוק בישראל אומר שאפשר לשלם עד 6,000 שקל במזומן. בגלל שהעסקה הייתה עסקה אחת הם לא נתנו לי לשלם 6,000 במזומן ואת היתרה שהיא 400 שקלים וקצת באשראי.
הם אמרו שאפשר לשלם עד 10 אחוז מהעסקה במזומן, מאכזב מאוד שלא אמרו על זה לפני ולא קיבלתי שום מייל.
אני מתארח הרבה במלונות הילטון בעולם ואפשר לראות בהיסטוריה שלי.
אני לא מתלונן בכלל ואף פעם ומאוד קל לרצות אותי.
אבל הקטע הזה היה מבאס מאוד כי במלונות אחרים שלהם בעולם כן שילמתי את מלוא הסכום במזומן ואם יש הגבלה אז לשלם עד שיא ההגבלה ואת היתראה באשראי.
זה קצת הרס את הסוף של החוויה

חמוד, לא תואם למחירים בכלל.

ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מצוינת .. הכול היה טרי, טעים ובמבחר רחב. הדגים היו איכותיים, שירות המלצרים היה אדיב ומקצועי, וגם הקפה הוגש בצורה יפה ומוקפדת.

הילטון תל אביב: אם אתם רוצים דירוג גבוהה או שתורידו מחירים שמתאימים לרמה שלכם או שתתאפסו על הקמצנות שלכם.

לצערי, מכאן החוויה פחות הייתה מוצלחת. המים בבריכה היו קפואים בצורה חריגה, עד כדי כך שלא היה ניתן ליהנות ממנה כלל. ניסינו להיכנס, אבל פשוט אי אפשר היה להתרגל לטמפרטורה. שמנו לב שהבריכה הייתה כמעט ריקה, ושאלנו את הצוות מדוע המים כל כך קרים. התשובה שקיבלנו הייתה: “זה מה יש”. התאכזבנו מאוד מהיחס ומהיעדר ניסיון למצוא פתרון או לפחות להסביר את המצב. בסופו של דבר יצא שנפשנו במלון בלי ליהנות מהבריכה, למרות שזו הייתה אחת הסיבות המרכזיות שבחרנו בו וחיכיתי במיוחד להיכנס אליה אחרי ארוחת הבוקר. במקום זאת נאלצנו ללכת לים ולהתמודד עם החול.

בנוסף, התאכזבנו לגלות שאין במלון בריכה פנימית או ג’קוזי .. מתקנים שהיינו מצפים למצוא במלון יוקרה במחיר כזה.

המיני בר בחדר לא עבד, והשירות הטלפוני שקיבלנו היה לא נעים ולא אדיב. (הבחורות שעונות לטלפון אדישות ועושות טובה, שוכחות מה ביקשת מהן.)
ביקשתי מנקה וחיכיתי לה שעה שתגיע.
גם המלון עצמו מרגיש מיושן וזקוק לרענון.

ההגעה לחוף הים לא נוחה ודורשת כרטיס חדר בכניסה וביציאה עם דלת צבאית מעצבנת כזאת..

נקודה נוספת היא המחירים... אחרי שמשלמים סכום גבוה מאוד על השהות, הופתענו לגלות שגם ארוחת ערב או אוכל בלובי עולים הון תועפות.
כל מנה עיקרית רגילה שם עולה מעל מאה שקלים.
חשבון של שני אנשים הגיע ל400+ שקל.

לצערי, איני ממליצה על המלון. בהתחשב במחיר הגבוה של השהות, ציפיתי לחוויה ברמה גבוהה בהרבה. בפועל קיבלנו מלון מיושן, בריכה קפואה שלא ניתן ליהנות ממנה, אין בריכה פנימית או ג’קוזי, וגם האוכל במלון יקר בצורה מוגזמת. בעיניי, התמורה למחיר פשוט אינה שווה את זה, במחיר הזה הייתי במלון יוקרה בדובאי 7 לילות ולא 3 לילות כמו בהילטון, עם רמה הרבה יותר גבוהה.

Завтраки великолепные, прямой выход в морю.

Cons:

Номер старый, требует реновации, но, самое не удобное, хотя у нас был номер коннект, - коляска еле водила в узких проход номера, а когда мы занесли чемоданы (всего 2 на всю семью), места практически не осталось(
Но дверь коннект открывалась так, что съедала "весомую" часть коридора
