Pros:

It was a beautiful hotel and everyone was friendly and easy to deal with.

Cons:

We had to wait over an hour for the shuttle when it is supposed to come every half hour ... but that seems to be similar to other hotel shuttles too.

Just what it needed to be for us.
Pros:

We didn't eat breakfast but we were greeted warmly and everyone was super helpful - we were only there to catch the plane because weather had been bad and wanted to have a stress free morning - that is what we had. People had warned us about the parking but I found a spot and followed the directions provided by staff and didn't have an issue .I was glad that once I found my Hilton's Honors account info they gave us water. It would have been great to be told that during the booking process or when I called trying to reserve a week of parking....but not an "issue"

Cons:

I didn't like that I was unable to reserve park and fly guarantee over the phone. I called twice and ended up reserving at the airport and paying an absurd amount because I am a planner.

Expected better for a Hilton
Pros:

I love the restaurant on the first floor of the hotel, specially during a snow storm. It was very convenient.

Cons:

​I was disappointed with the maintenance of our room. The bathroom lacked an exhaust fan, which likely contributed to the ceiling peeling and the visible mold on the shower tiles. Additionally, the room only had one mirror (ocated in the bathroom). This made it nearly impossible to get ready while my husband showered, especially given the poor ventilation.

To add to the frustration, upon check-in, we were told that basic amenities like Wi-Fi and bottled water were only available if we signed up for their membership program. It feels unreasonable to require a membership for things that should be standard for any guest. For the price, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, a better room layout, and basic hospitality without strings attached.
