Everything, callous staff, dogs allowed to bark on end, blackout curtain cracked, bathroom ceiling peeling, hinges rusting, tap water was suggested for the relic of a coffee maker, reception carpets were filthy, the whole hotel is a dump,

Great hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Location to airport. We arrived at hotel late the night before our early morning flight. The free transfer to/from airport was a bonus. Staff were very friendly and helpful at checkin. Room was ideal for two weary travellers. Recommend for a stay near the airport.

Pros:

Die Lage unweit vom Flughafen war für uns perfekt. Es war auch ruhig trotz Flughafennähe. Das Frühstücl war außergewöhnlich gut und ist absolut empfehlenswert. Selten so ein gutes Angebot bekommen.

Cons:

Leider war das Zimmer nicht so sauber und auch im Bad war ein Deckel nur mit Klebeband zugeklebt.

Poor service, nice room.
Pros:

Big, comfortable bed and free shuttle from and to the airport. Very close after a long flight.

Cons:

The dining staff waitresses were lovely, however, the rest of the staff were unfortunately very rude. I am a young girl travelling by myself, and after my stay they tried to charge me again and I had to sort out with booking.com, there was no apology for the stress caused and a general nonchalant attitude. The room service did not work and the staff got frustrated with me verbally when I asked to order via my phone instead of the QR code when it wasn’t working (even during the ordering hours when they suggested I’d done it wrong). It made me feel uncomfortable and extremely anxious. I would not recommend staying here to someone unless it is just for one night and you have someone else with you. Also my room had a big heating generator in it which was not in the photos and woke me up during the night.

Fine for one night
Pros:

Location! Minutes from the airport. Free shuttle running every 15 minutes. Large, clean room with two queen beds. We were en route from Europe to Texas and appreciated the hot shower and comfy bed.

Cons:

Price. The restaurant was ridiculous ($24 for Cobb salad, $64 for a steak) and the hotel itself was steep for midweek off-season: $277 USD or 370 Cdn.

Lo elegimos por la cercanía al aeropuerto, admeás por la ubicación, nuestra estancia por un día fue confortable y satisfactoria.

Cons:

Zimmer war nicht vorbereitet, für die 3. Person musste die Schlafgelegenheit erst nachgefragt werden, daraufhin wurde Bettzeug einfach ins Zimmer gelegt - "machs selber" !!??

Pros:

The positives: great location for the airport, friendly staff, room was nice with good air con and the breakfast was great
Negatives: bathroom needs urgent maintenance. I could have had a better shower in the rain based on how the water comes out the shower. The air con is extremely loud when it powers up so be prepared to wake up every 30 minutes if you want the air con on - which was needed for us.

Overall a nice hotel but could be a lot better. I would recommend staying elsewhere. There are cheaper options with higher standards nearby
