The size and cleanliness of the room
You have to pay for wifi if you are not member. In Canada in 2026 you have to pay for wifi !!!!!!. You have to pay for the parking garage. No water in the room. You have to ask for water in the breakfast. The price is extremely expensive in comparison to the close hotels which are 5 star hotels which provide free parking and free wifi as well as free water bottles in the room
Die Lage war sehr gut für einen Zwischenstopp und/oder späte Anreise.
Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht besonders gut- der Preis zu hoch. Die Zimmer sollten dringend renoviert werden.
Very comfortable bed.
Had trouble ordering room service. Food was awful. Grilled chicken was NOT grilled. It was microwaved. Manager said he would take it off my bill. Was still on the bill in the morning. Big hassle to get it removed.
Modern hotel
Stayed just one night as we were waiting for a flight the next morning. Everything went smoothly and catching a transfer to the airport early in the morning went smoothly.
All good
Smooth check in.
IMO this was not a 4 star Hilton. Very disappointed with the room. Very tired room that needs a refresh. The bed needed to be replaced. (saggy on one side). Coffee maker had to be plugged in by getting on my knees and plugging it into the outlet under the desk. It did NOT have an on/off switch! That's crazy IMO. The bathroom fan was rusty, a ceiling entry point was not fully closed up, the mirror is prob set for short people/ADA issues but I'm 6' and when I looked into the mirror, I was looking at my chin. (could have been a bit taller IMO) Door hinges were painted over several times and just looked like a 2 star hotel IMO. Sorry but I expect more from Hilton.
There was a loud noise all night
The breakfast was great.
The mattress sinked from the middle. Probably the worst sleep in years. The room was outdated and nothing like the pictures that were advertised.
Pool.
The first front desk that assisted me was very disrespectful, rude and tried charging me double for my stay - and was disrespectful for me booking with a third party .
His disrespect made me not want to come back to this specific location.
Location and beds
My friends car was stolen. Elevators were broken.
I stayed in a recently renovated King Bed Suite in the North Tower of the hotel. It was a lovely comfortable room with a separate sitting room and a good work desk. Plenty of drawer space for clothing and hangers in the wardrobe to accommodate an eight day stay. The housekeeping team did a great job of keeping my room clean and tidy.
A big shout out to the team in the Mosaic restaurant: the chefs were very engaged and provided a great range of breakfast options and dinners in the evening, including a new Spring menu, which offered a range of seasonal meals in addition to the standard menu. The serving staff were always friendly and helpful and made the time to check in with you and make sure you were O.K. - which for a single traveler was a real bonus.
The air conditioning/heating in my room was very loud. In order to sleep I had to turn it off at night, which meant that I woke up to a chilly room each morning. This seemed a bit of an oversight when the rest of the room had been beautifully renovated. The other thing that I would have liked to see was a pillow menu, as I prefer a firm pillow and struggle to get comfortable when one isn't available.
One final thing: I was a bit thrown by the high pre-authorization fee charged at check-in (CAD 644), particularly as I had paid for my room in advance. My final hotel bill for food and incidentals was CAD 510 and I am still waiting for the difference (CAD 131) to be credited back to my card (I checked out two days ago).
Airport overnight stay - close by with shuttle service
