As preferred and expected.
Pros:

A nice three night stay at PJ Hilton

Good stay in what could be 5 star with attention to detail.
Pros:

The room was spacious and had most amenities you would need. Bed is comfortable and room is quiet

Cons:

Only small things, but one day they didn't restock anything after cleaning, like milk, toilet roll etc. and the elevators were not working twice in our 3 day stay, however they got fixed fairly quickly. It was Ramadan and when we went to dinner we were made to sit in the corner, away from everyone else, as if we were pond scum. That's a cultural thing rather than the hotels fault, but I think they should have some alternative arrangements, rather than treat their non Muslim guest like leapers.

Pros:

It’s Hilton. What’s not to like?

Cons:

For a name such as Hilton, I strongly recommend you put at least six pod of milk in each room. Two is funny and embarrassing.

Hilton PJ never dissapoints
Pros:

Hilton PJ is a gem amongst the many good hotels around KL. Although it is an old hotel, but it is totally renovated, very well maintained with good management and excellent hospitality.
The highlight at the hotel is the amazing staff.
Many thanks to Balan, Alley, Jennifer, Vimala, etc, etc.
Met the Director of Operations, Sinan a few times. He is such a nice friendly gentleman, so easy to talk to.
As a diamond member , our room is upgraded....once again, many thanks.
We have enjoyed our 2 weeks stay and looking forward to stay again end of next month.
Highly recommend.

Stay at Hilton Petaling Jaya
Pros:

Went to DoubleTree Hilton KL on 14 Feb for valentine celebration but as there was a power outage at DoubleTree Hilton KL so we were "farmed" out to Hilton Petaling Jaya.
We reached Hilton Petaling Jaya at about 5pm. Thanks to counter staff, we were given a room with executive lounge quickly.
Overall I would say that the stay was great.
First I want to thanks Alley Adnan from the executive lounge. He knew my friends and I were tired after the saga at DoubleTree Hilton KL so he provided us with a private room for us to enjoy. Frankly I was very appreciative after the whole day of events of that day. So even though our Valentine celebration was not fulfilled at DoubleTree Hilton KL, we had one at Hilton Petaling Jaya. Thank you Alley
Second the room at Hilton Petaling Jaya is firm and we had a good night rest in the room.
Finally thank you to Singh. He helped us get a grab car to go back to Doubletree Hilton. Thank you Singh.
Overall it was a good experience in the hotel. The only draw back is the hotel location is inconvenient as there were no nearly MRT or LRT. Other than that the staff make our day.
