I recently stayed at Hilton Petaling Jaya for 3 nights (26 - 29 April 2026) and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Although the hotel has been around for quite some time, it has clearly undergone a major refurbishment and upgrading. The property now feels refreshed, modern and very well-maintained - successfully blending its legacy with updated comfort and quality. The service throughout my stay was outstanding. Every staff member I encountered from front desk to housekeeping to the phone operator was courteous, responsive and genuinely helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The room was spotless, well-appointed and very comfortable. The bed in particular was excellent and ensured restful nights. Facilities were well-kept, the location was convenient and the room service food was enjoyable and delivered promptly. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money with consistent quality across service, cleanliness and comfort. What stood out most was the genuine care and professionalism of the team. I would definitely return and highly recommend Hilton Petaling Jaya to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable stay.
Honestly, there was very little to fault during my stay at Hilton Petaling Jaya. If anything, any minor points were negligible and did not impact the overall experience in any meaningful way.

The shower in the room is not fully partition , the water from the shower will flow and wet the whole bathroom
Room is clean and spacious with all amenities as that for a 5star hotel. Power outlets are strategically placed on table and both sides of the bed. Location of hotel is very convenient to city center or any part of klang valley.
The diameter of pipe for dispensing the bath gel, conditioner and shampoo should be much bigger for easy dispensing.
