This must be one of the best stays (March 2nd to 7th) I have had at any comparable tier Hilton-branded property, worldwide.
Pros:
- Exceptional staff - everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. Many of them went the extra mile to make my stay more enjoyable.
- The whole property appears to be recently renovated. Everything felt fresh and modern.
- The room I was assigned, 1651, was very spacious and immaculate, and had a nice view of the city - it was better in person than in the pictures.
- Great recognition of HH members - received an upgraded room with a personalized greeting note and light refreshments in the room.
- Full-size gym with everything you need to get a decent workout. Again, very spacious and clean.
- Executive lounge offers a decent spread during breakfast. Although the main restaurant had more items to choose from, the lounge made up for it with more comfortable seating arrangements and a spectacular view from the 21st floor.
- Resort-style pool with two smaller pools catered to children.
- Walkable distance to LRT - situated between the Taman Jaya (12 mins) and the Asia Jaya (7 mins) stations. Approx. 27 mins to KLCC on the same LRT line, very convenient.
