The staff are amazing

The staff were all quite friendly. The staff at breakfast was great. The chef walking around made you feel like the food was made with lots of effort and love. They made an area where the guests could watch the WorldCup games. That was a real treat and well thought of.
Need to direct traffic at the lobby. Oh can get really messy. They should make an area for waiting somewhere without hogging the hotel's entrance. The pool was actually nice but it needs some sprucing up. Looks quite dated.
Facilities in well maintained, breakfast definitely good!
Staff really serve and greet well for all the customers! Overall, happy for the stay at Hilton PJ.

All the staff are so friendly even under pressure when handling customers. Toilet are so clean . Breakfast is perfect . Totally worth the money .
Swimming pool quite small . One more thing , too much button for the light , quite confusing which button for which light . That's all thank you .

My husband and I chose PJ Hilton for a weekend getaway, and it turned out to be an excellent choice.
From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. We check in early so our designated room was not available but we were very happy with what was readily available then.
Breakfast was excellent, with an impressive variety of delicious options to suit every taste. The Teh Tarik was absolutely fantastic and is a must-try! They come to your table and 'tarik' your coffee or tea. Impressive!
Parking was available, making our stay even more convenient.
What truly made our stay exceptional was the hospitality. Every member of the team greeted us with genuine warmth and a welcoming smile, making us feel right at home. It's the little touches and sincere service that make all the difference, and PJ Hilton certainly exceeded our expectations.
We had a wonderful stay and wouldn't hesitate to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable weekend escape
