Not a good experience!!
Pros:

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

I didn't like the man at the first desk. He didn't tell us how to get to our room or any information on how to get around the hotel We were so lost. The room was dirty with hair everywhere tub had a black ring in it hair was in the sink. Breakfast wasnt good or fresh.

Cons:

Someone had defecated in the stairwell. Staff was informed but nothing was done. The food at breakfast was old. The grits were the consistency of oatmeal. Very unfastful. We will not be staying here again. We have stayed here a few times in the past and had a great experience. Things have certainly changed.

Would stay here again if I needed to.
Pros:

Space and location. AC worked great and staff was friendly. Like that breakfast was included.

Cons:

Room was not recently updated and just looked worn down, could have been because I had to have a pet friendly room.

Pros:

Ms. Jackie was the greatest and Mr. Carlos who came to clean the room. Their customer service was and is exceptional.

Cons:

The food started tasting different like they changed cooks. Also the closer it got to the end of our stay, it was a different person coming to clean the room. The towels would be thrown on the bed and the garbage not taken out.

Great value, great location, great staff!!
Pros:

Excellent location for our family as we had traveled from South Carolina to attend the football game with Ole Miss in Oxford, Mississippi.

Cons:

The hotel really needs some updates. The lobby is nice and the rooms aren’t bad but could stand to be a little cleaner. Also, the elevators need to be serviced, buttons don’t light up or are cracked/need to be replaced.
