Hampton Inn Ft Lauderdale-Plantation

I just love the reception ,very friendly.
We travel with family and we asked if we can all stay same floor and they gave us that. The staff very family .
Will be back again , Next year.
The breakfast excellent 👌 couldn't be anywhere better. All the shopping stores are very close. Excellent

under remodeling

The only complaint I would have is the beakfast at the time of our stay was lacking. There was nothing hot provided only cold options. There was construction going on but barely noticed or heard it. The staff was friendly and accomondating.

Love the upgrade. Always an awesome time at Hampton. The front desk staff is superb they always make you feel welcome n they get to know their customers by names.

We went with family and both other parties had to move rooms because of the air conditioner leaking and smelling up the carpet

If its a short or limited stay, it is ok. The carpet was wet when we entered and it smelled damp but the rest of the room served its purpose for 1 day. It is close to a mall and many stores available as well as restaurants. The staff was friendly.

The property feels a little run down.

Clean and comfortable property. Perfect for a couple nights. Would stay elsewhere if my stay was longer.

I liked the shops nearby and the breakfast, but when I booked you advertised free airport shuttle!! There was none!

even though they have a lot of construction going on the property the staff was very friendly and accommodating in spite of all the mess.

Staff very pleasant! Hotel is under renovations but the staff handled it as well as could be expected. One thing we did not like, although our room fit our needs comfortably, beds were very comfortable and t.v. was great we could stream, we had ants all over the place, those little tiny sugar ants. That's the only complaint!

It’s ok for one night

Check in staff was unprofessional, my husband and I check in, then on day 3 we got a call from our room saying we didn’t check and we’re not in the system like make it make sense our card was on file we showed our ID at check in and got our keys all that, like it was very embarrassing n unprofessional it was totally on their end they fixed n apologized but the damage was already done for us and might I add our room was already payed for in advance we called them before we even landed to make our reservation was still there they told us we were all set just to check in and then pulled that stupid move. Unprofessional and unacceptable!!

Upon entering the property, we were greeted with men working on ladders, and the flooring in the lobby was torn up. There was hardly any space to walk.
It was very unwelcoming.
If I had known that the property was in this condition, I would not have booked and paid in full.
First impression is everything, and I was not impressed!
