Everything was perfect at the Clark’s Summit Hampton Inn. It was clean and we felt safe.
Pros:

We stay here often. It feels safe. It’s clean. The grandkids love the pool.

A very enjoyable stay thou muddied some by the above.
Pros:

Professional and courteous service. Very clean. Additionally, I was given the room on the day of my arrival early, around 1:30 pm which was most appreciated due to my tiredness of driving.

Note: I did not reduce my positive rating above due to the below described problem experienced the day of my travel - - - - thou I could have and, maybe, should have.

Cons:

I got a phone call the day of my arrival on June 6, 2025 that my credit card was not accepted and that I had until 12:00 pm EST to correct this, otherwise, I would lose this - incredible since I had made the reservation on April 1, 2025 and it was confirmed!!! I had to pull off the road to contact the hotel and provide another credit card. Somehow, the hotel had an old credit card which had been compromised and had to be replaced.

I think there should be cold water available in the fitness center. Not warm water in bottles. Put a fridge in there!

Pros:

Very clean and the bed was comfortable! They had a nice breakfast in the morning the only thing I didn’t care for was you could hear the room next door tv.

It was pleasant clean and comfortable
Pros:

Very comfortable. It was snowing out and there was a fireplace going on inside. Coffee and tea 24/7. Decent enough breakfast. The staff were so friendly and helpful

Cons:

I would’ve liked more light in the bedroom.

How much do you like Fresh Fruit for Breakfast?
Pros:

One night stay while traveling. Mixed review. There were wonderful fresh berries for waffles at breakfast. Food area was clean and well supplied. Room was a bit noisy from the overhead freeway. Bathroom needed a bit more cleaning. Toilet paper dispenser was literally behind the seat; a normal limbed person cannot possibly reach it. Oh, by the way the toilet is the child size. Bed was comfy.
There is a sports bar- restaurant walking distance.
