Amazing, quick customer service with clean, comfortable rooms and amenities.
Pros:

The front desk staff was exceptional, especially the assistant manager (did not get her name). She even remembered that we went to an event while here and asked us how it was! The beds themselves were very comfortable and rooms were clean.

Cons:

The noise level from the highway kept me up at night. My head kept sinking into the pillows and I woke up with bad neck and back pains.

Everything was great! The staff was very welcoming and helpful! Check in and check out were quick! The room was clean and comfortable! The pool and hot tub area was clean and well stocked with clean towels!

Good stay at Hampton Inn Clarks Summit
Pros:

Had a good experience with my family at Hampton Inn Clarks Summit. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and room had a mini fridge that was very helpful. Also the continental breakfast was good as we expect from Hampton Inn. Front desk service was good, and there are a number of restaurants, fast food and gas stations in the immediate area, all within 3-5 minute driving and some much less. Parking was adequate and the pool was great! I also liked that this hotel only had 4 floors, not too big. Highly recommended.

Passes the test!
Pros:

I came in off the highway looking for a place to stay and boy did I luck out here! The front desk agent was very friendly and helpful. She was just a breath of fresh air. The room was very clean and tidy and had everything necessary for a good night stay. Maybe the first time in a long time that I actually felt like all the bedding was really clean and smelled great. I wish I had known it had an indoor pool, but maybe next time. The breakfast is what you would expect and even a little beyond. It is under or almost under a very big bridge and I thought that might be a problem, but it wasn’t, -for me anyway. Hard to say what the price should be because they fluctuate so much, but it seemed reasonable/comparable for a Friday night.

This was a great hotel for the price!
Pros:

The room was very big and spacious. I loved the showerhead! Theresa at the front desk has a wonderful personality and was very welcoming. The breakfast was very good and there was a nice selection. I highly recommend staying here.
