1st room as 101, endeared room and its stunk! Black mold on ceiling where walls meet ceiling. paint peeling absolutely NOT up to Hampton in standards!
was moved to a SUITE 418 that smelled like a wet basement! Floor was wet and carpet stunk, bathroom was dirty and this really was a horrible suite. Could not sleep on queen sofa bed, it was horrible and i had to request bedding. Original room was 2 queen beds but they were unable to move us to the same room.
The hotel is nice. The room was fine except one of the lamps had a light bulb that was very dim almost ready to burn out and the bulb in the other lamp did in fact burn out. After the first night we requsted no maid service. The second day the room cleaning service was very poor- they only removed trash, made the bed, no new towels or wash cloths, no replacement packs of coffee fir the coffee maker
The property was conveniently located near the athletic fields we were attending.

The AC in our room leaked all night . Floor was soaking wet in the morning
Hot water was a real issue the entire three day stay. Just visiting local family.
The rooms were very clean. Furniture was up-to-date. Paul was very nice and the chairs at the pool were my favorite. I need to find out where they got them and purchase them for myself.
