Can’t get enough!! It’s great!
Pros:

I have stayed many places during my travels for work and this one is probably one of the top hotels I’ve ever stayed at. As you can see from my reviews, I have been fair and honest, and I honestly cannot find anything wrong with this hotel. I had the chance to stay 33 days in the same room and I still did not find anything wrong. From the smooth check-in, to the professionalism of the staff, to the hot huge breakfast, the fresh towels, the comfortable beds, lots of parking, beach access, THE POOL BAR (awesome)and more. I just really can’t find anything wrong. The only thing that I could probably suggest is, if you’re coming in for “tourist” things, try to get here on a Thursday because Friday and Saturday it’s busy with the cruise line customers coming in staying so they can leave on Saturday for their cruise. It gets pretty busy and hectic around breakfast time between 730 and 900. That will certainly not determine me from coming again. If you come to Cocoa Beach, you need to stay here. 👍🏻👍🏻

Happy with our stay
Pros:

My husband and I had a nice stay here. We chose it for the proximity to the Kennedy Space Center, but noticed that there were a lot of people staying before or after their cruise. The design was unusual to us- after you take the elevator to your floor, you go back outside to access your room. Happily, it was nice weather out, so it wasn't an issue. Also, it looks like all or most rooms have a balcony and you can see the ocean in the distance. We didn't use it, but the pool looked very nice and there is a poolside bar or grill. Breakfast was typical and decent and even though it was busy, there were plenty of seating areas so we never had a problem finding a table. Overall, it's not brand new and it's no frills, but it's clean and the staff are friendly, the price was reasonable compared to others in the area, so I would recommend it.

Everything was VERY clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

After we checked in, we were informed that we needed to pay $12 per day to park in the hotel parking lot. NOT impressed! I needed to join a Hilton honors program in order to get free wifi that wasn't very good; if I was willing to pay an additional fee, I could increase the quality of the wifi. Was not impressed with that either...

Nice location

Wonderful view of the beach. The sister hotel on the property had good food. We ate there every night of our stay.

Would choose another hotel on the beach next time.
Pros:

Pool and bar attendant was super friendly!

Cons:

Air conditioner was leaking water onto room carpet all night and they could not fix it. They did not offer discount on experience. Beach was a far walk
