Trying hard to keep my business
Pros:

Friendly and helpful employees. Hotel being updated, but still not as nice as “new” Hampton Inns. Everything I needed for quick weekend trip!

Great stay with helpful staff!
Pros:

The location was very close to the airport and had a shuttle, which we really liked. The front desk staff were terrific! When we arrived, Drew was so friendly and accommodating, answering all of our questions patiently.
In the morning, we met Jocelyn and she was also very helpful.
The rooms were clean, and the beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

We had no complaints.

Comfortable, clean and close to airport
Pros:

Quiet, clean, updated and comfortable rooms. Lobby, elevator, hallways and room were well-kept and fresh (no odors). Loved the breakfast buffet with many health-conscious options. Excellent staff service. Great location- minutes from COS. Check-in/check-out very efficient.

Simply stayed here for the free airport shuttle and the price and it was good
Pros:

The breakfast was great for grabbing a bite before heading to the airport.

Cons:

We found a bug in the bathroom right before bed so then we were thinking of bed bugs, but it wasn't a bed bug

Pros:

Overbooked! By the time we arrived, 1 of our 2 rooms reserved had been given out. At least they found us another hotel nearby, but ended up staying in 2 separate hotels. NOT convenient!!!!!!
