Pros:

Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly. I had to ask employee to make more coffee since it was empty & to refill the waffle batter.

Cons:

no complaints except could use hand soap in the room. I had to reach into the shower to use shower gel to wash my hands after using the restroom

It just felt dirty, the pool and fitness room were both closed, didn’t get what was advertised

Did not eat breakfast there, was woken up by a helicopter landing about 50 yards from our room thanks a lot construction crew for that.

Cons:

Mold in the bathroom . Helicopter landing just outside the building for a construction crew. Pool closed, fitness closed, if you don’t get what is advertised you should get some type of refund

Breakfast....that's all!

Cons:

Special request weren't met. Sleeping accommodations were not taken care of properly. Room wasn't cleaned, rug not vacuumed for our stay of 3 nights. Elevator not operating....and a Sr. with walking problems had great great difficulty getting down the stairs. A $50.00 fee was requested for the clean up of the room if we had a party. We were 3 mature sr. women and had no intention of partying. Hopefully, they said after we checked out that the $50.00 would be given back on my credit card after we checked out. The pool wasn't available either. Very bad experience for staying here. Especially after requesting "Special Request" Sr. person walks with a cane/walker so, if you can, arrange for a 1st floor room." They sent us up to the 3rd floor all the way down the hall, far from the elevator. The women with the problem had great difficulty in getting to the room and we thought that she was going to have a heart attack. I went to the desk, and the clerk said that there was no special request on the computer. Asked if they had a wheel chair...no...but they gave me a desk chair with wheels for the lady who couldn't walk and they changed the room to the 2nd floor close to the elevator.

Cons:

I asked up front in special requests for a quiet room away from the highway. I received an email confirmation that this would happen. When I was given a room, it faced the highway. Unfortunately, America is now overpopulated with gearheads expressing their frustrations with bigass loud trucks.....all night long. While I can't change the problem with American men, Hopefully I can get a room on the other side next time.

Pros:

Our stay was wonderful! Clean rooms. Front desk staff was phenomenal! Within 15 minutes of checking in they texted asking if we were satisfied and asked if we needed anything. They texted and asked the following day as well. Felt very safe. Convenient shopping nearby with restaurant choices.

Pros:

This location is conveniently close to several fast-food restaurants. The outside of the property is clean and appears to be in good repair.

The bed was firmer than I find comfortable. There were loose hairs in the shower and on the sink. The shower walls held smears of the previous occupant's green shower gel.

Pros:

We often stay at hamptoms. This was the most run down one ive ever stayed at. The tub was peeling, showerhead clogged, alot of surface damage to the furniture, and the bed was hard and somewhat uncomfortable. Also, the 2 nights we stayed, it was hard to find parking. Apparently this is a trucker hotel as there were several semis and work trucks taking up all the car parking. That being said, the staff was great, hotel was quiet and clean, and everything worked. I would stay here again but not for "hampton prices".
