The breakfast is incredibly good!!
Shuttle driver was very pleasant and covenient
The breakfast was lacking in quality. The food made my spouse have nausea.
Staff excellent ! Rooms spotless ! Bed comfy ! They have a shuttle and we suggest to take an early one giving yourself two hours or more as the airport is terrible with signs and one will have long walks very long walks.
We had the 5:15 am shuttle which filled up. The Hampton had fresh coffee some fruit and muffins !! Thank you Hampton for having this long before your 6am start of breakfast.
We would be remiss if we failed to mention the diner next store. Large portions great price !
This Hampton deserves 5 stars
Blood or something gross on curtain
Refrigerator made a loud humming noise all night!
The bedside lamp chargers plug in don't work, several outlets don't work or charge. Plugged several phones in overnight and none charged!
Only 2 towels in room, we had to ask for more...
Toiley flusher broken, the chain was off of toliet. We had to stick our hard into the toilet bowl to flush it
No hot water, either scolding hot or lukewarm. No in-between
No waffle batter, but waffle makers were were on? Took 10 min
Room temp was stuffy. Heat and air issues . Smelled
The General Manager named Heath provided TERRIBLE customer service and was not accommodating at all. He was extremely rude. He said he'd have maintenance look into these issues and follow up. There has been zero follow up and nothing has been made right. I had to contact Hilton customer service myself. I expect more from a Hilton. STAY ELSEWHERE!! SAVE THE HASSLE!!!
THIS REVIEW IS AIMED FOR GUESTS LOOKING FOR THE PARK AND STAY OPTION
We stayed at this Hampton Inn for ONE reason: the PARK AND STAY option due to a very early Thanksgiving-week flight. The hotel room itself was fine. Nothing special, but not the issue. The issue is the parking, security, and management response.
We parked our truck directly under a light and a visible camera. I specifically asked the front desk agent that night if the camera was working and was told YES.
Two days after we left, I received alerts that my vehicle had been broken into. The hotel NEVER contacted me. When I called, I was told I was one of FIVE vehicles broken into overnight. This conversation took place around 10:00 AM local time.
What made this worse was the lack of communication and accountability. I was told only a manager could notify affected guests and that the manager, DAVID, would be in at 2:00 PM. I called at 2:00 PM and was told DAVID was not there. I called again at 2:30 PM and again at 5:00 PM. Each time, I was told DAVID was still not there, and by 5:00 PM the evening agent said he did not know if DAVID would be coming in at all that day.
During these calls, MULTIPLE front desk agents told me the hotel does NOT contact police for vehicle break-ins due to hotel policy.
Because the hotel provided no help or direction, I filed a police report myself with the Denver Police Department. I was informed that this specific hotel is targeted FREQUENTLY, estimated at 15–20 TIMES PER MONTH.
Nearly 48 HOURS later, DAVID finally emailed me. In that email, he stated he had attempted to call me, which did not occur. I had no missed calls or voicemails from any number. In the same email, DAVID stated that he contacted the police and was told the hotel could not file a report and that I needed to do so myself. This DIRECTLY contradicted what multiple front desk agents told me AND what law enforcement later confirmed.
Due to the frequency of incidents, a detective was assigned to the case. However, the investigation stalled because the hotel took nearly TWO WEEKS to respond and then stated the cameras “did not record,” leaving no usable footage despite the camera being represented as operational when we parked.
We believed we were saving money by using the park and stay option. Instead, this decision cost us THOUSANDS of dollars in vehicle damage and stolen property.
We stay at Hilton properties regularly and have NEVER experienced anything like this. The repeated lack of communication, inconsistent information, delayed responses, and inability to provide footage raises serious concerns about security and management at this location. DAVID’s handling of this situation reflects extremely poorly on the hotel and the Hilton brand.
If you are considering the PARK AND STAY option here, DO NOT assume your vehicle is safe, and DO NOT assume you will be contacted or supported if something happens.
We were really looking forward to this trip since it’s our first vacation in a long time, but unfortunately the hotel has been a big letdown. The building is definitely showing its age and needs some serious upgrades.
Our first room had multiple issues, nothing worked properly, the fridge didn’t function, there were holes in the lamp shades, and there was sticky residue on several surfaces. We could also hear everything happening in the hallways, even with a fan running, so getting any sleep was difficult. The beds were uncomfortable, and the pillows were completely flat, which didn’t help. We honestly didn’t get any rest.
The elevators also feel like they’re on their last legs, which doesn’t give a great sense of safety.
The only positive so far has been the grab-and-go coffee in the morning.
I’m a minimalist and not hard to please, but this stay has been very disappointing overall. If we could cancel or switch hotels with refund, we would :(
Margaret was so great! Called and booked it the day before travel, was super helpful with shuttle and parking. She made the stay seamless. Great easy breakfast also.
The hotel was clean and conveniently located to our event
Pillows were to soft
Great location, convenient shuttle, nice staff
As a gluten intolerant person I think they should have some gluten free options for breakfast besides yogurt
The front desk clerk was very helpful and friendly and allowed us to move rooms.
