Friendly staff, good airport shuttle but non cooling room A/C.
Pros:

Location, access to restaurant and airport shuttle were all good.

Cons:

the airconditioner in the room was not working. The fan was the only thing operating. I set my temperature to 66 degrees at night or I am unable to sleep. So needless to say I did not sleep the entire night. I booked the stay so that I could enjoy a full night's sleep before an early morning flight. Because of the problem with the A/C it was a waste of time and money and did not meet my needs.

Margaret saves the day!
Pros:

I had been getting the run-around from other businesses while trying to print a couple documents. I visited the Hampton inn where I met Margaret at the front desk. Margaret was super friendly and helpful. I had perfect service.

Think twice
Pros:

The Hampton Inn was a disappointment. From run down to a tip jar for self serve breakfast. The pool is nice which help from decreasing our rating. There is also no laundry facilities on site. Maybe they are remodeling because there were jack hammers all day. Just FYI we stay at Hampton Inns all over. This is not to the others standards.

Convenient Location!
Pros:

Had a quick overnight stay and it was exactly what I needed. The front desk agent was super friendly and immediately helped set up my shuttle, which made things really easy after a long day. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a short stay. No complaints at all — simple, smooth, and convenient.

A 5 star Hampton
Pros:

Staff excellent ! Rooms spotless ! Bed comfy ! They have a shuttle and we suggest to take an early one giving yourself two hours or more as the airport is terrible with signs and one will have long walks very long walks.
We had the 5:15 am shuttle which filled up. The Hampton had fresh coffee some fruit and muffins !! Thank you Hampton for having this long before your 6am start of breakfast.
We would be remiss if we failed to mention the diner next store. Large portions great price !
