Great facility and staff !
Pros:

It wasn’t their fault? But the power was out due to high winds for a couple of days prior to the hotel stay - they did their level best to accommodate us anyway and were perfect otherwise …

There was a power outage in Golden. I live near the mountains. I had to get a hotel room as i had no power or heat. I was referred Booking.com on a recommendation. YOU all booked me for two nights. The hotel was closed and had no power either. There was no phone number for them or you guys to figure it out. The fact that you guys sold me the room is bullshit. IF the hotel had been sold out you would have known. Why not this? its not their fault the power went out. You guys don't even have a number to call anyone to make it right. I had to go back to my house with no power or backup batteries on my devices and stay there in the damn cold. I will never use you again and i will never recommend you to anyone. Terrible service you are!

Cons:

There were bed bugs. We had to switch rooms and stay because we didn't have time to get to another hotel. They didn't discount or comp us anything even though that was a terrible experience, and we were uncomfortable staying.

Hospitality and comfort!
Pros:

Staff was friendly, pool was open late and breakfast was really good, the person in charged of breakfast kept everything stacked up and clean!

Overall we enjoyed our stay!
Pros:

Location- a lot of restaurants rounds, close to ski rentals, Denver and Route 70 major routes for go to Breckenridge, Vail, Keystone etc- Price was very good and the breakfast with granola bar, walnut and Chobani yogurt!

Cons:

The queen bed can be a little bigger - cause it’s not the regular queen bed they looks a little be shorter, no fan in the bathroom the air get stuffy, and the fire alarmed went off 2 times in the morning
