Because of how I was treated by the agent, I will not be staying at a Hilton establishment again
Pros:

Breakfast was fine. Location was decent. Parking was ok.

Cons:

The front desk agent was not helpful and boarderline rude. Certainly not kind and blatantly did not care about customer service.
Was very clear that he did not like that I booked through Booking.com and any help I needed had to come through them and he wasn't interested in helping me.

Room was subpar...peeling wallpaper, water damage throughout the bathroom, window coverings did not work properly.

Throughly disappointed.
Pros:

The location was convenient for our travels

Cons:

After staying at two Hilton properties on this trip that we throughly enjoyed we were expecting the same service and quality and we were so disappointed! The front desk was rude, bad odor through out hotel, carpet in room was disgusting, and the breakfast area was not clean as well.
