In general was good just a little bit upgrade with the paints or carpets etc. needs new one.

The property needs to be fully updated and the rugs in the room deep cleaned. The staff are extremly friendly, helpful
Pros:

The staff at the property are extremely nice and friendly. They were always available for assistance.

Cons:

The property is outdated. The hot tub was not in service and dirty with debris and junk in and around it. The pull out couch bed was broke and the rugs in the room need to be deep cleaned.

Would never recommend or stay here ever again.
Cons:

Staff was rude, always on phone. Ice machine wasn't working. Pool towels were barely hand towels. We both also got sick from something in the room doctor believes mold from heater.

Pros:

The pool was clean. Breakfast was nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Smelled nice.

Cons:

I didnt like how slippery the bathroom floor got when you would go in to change after swimming. And the toilet in my room was very close to the ground which made it difficult to get up. Have bad knees.

Pros:

Breakfast was very good. The beds were comfortable and had a very clean room. The shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion they provide is fantastic. Very large pool.

Cons:

Maybe offering a game room.

CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD STUFF!!!!
Pros:

Crystal was so friendly!!! She couldn't be a better person! Lively, caring, bubbly!!!!
Love her personality! On top of everything, so freaking pleasant!
She should be there more!!! She is one of many reasons we will return!
Never had to look for her, she was there and ready to assist!
Talking with guests, and filling supplies as she did so. She was even wiping up spots on the floor for our safety as she was chatting with us!!!! Please have her there more for us to enjoy her company and service!!!!!

Cons:

The fact that sunday morning I had to track down the lady servicing breakfast and provided a slight attitude when I requested more main dish be added for the incoming guests

Not like it used to be. Sadly.
Pros:

Maintenance issues all over the property. Worn out beds. Broken light blubs. Hot tub out of order. I booked the room based on the brand name and trip advisor score and sadly I was disappointed. The floor in the bathroom was sticky and breakfast was disorganized and not very good. Stains on the carpet in the hallways and missing or chipped paint throughout.

Priced far beyond the posted maximum price per room as it was Parents’ weekend. Property is in dire need of updates. Rooms not serviced during stay. Shower curtain was musty which permeated the entire room. Poorly ventilated.

Clean but needs updated
Pros:

Customer Service was top knotch! You definitely need to pay attention on where to turn to access the road to hotel. One of the older Hampton Inn locations. Needs brought up to the 2000s. Clean but could use a refresh.

Housekeeping ladies!!! Fantastic job, thank you for working so quickly to accommodate my arrival even being short staffed!!! Did a wonderful job!!!
