Would be 5 stars if the TV worked

The room was clean and nice. Facility was easy to get to

Cons:

Our TV didnt work the whole 3 days we were there. They couldnt help... also offered me a discount but when they saw I booked here they recended the offer bc they cant help me now

We left after one night. That was not our plan.
Pros:

The location, except for the deep potholes.

Cons:

The room was not very clean. The room was not in good repair. Whoever heard of a bathroom with no window and no ventilation fan? The room fills with steam after taking my shower. The ceiling looks damaged. Room 219. I didn't take pictures, why would I? I take pictures of pleasant surroundings.

Knoebels 2026
Pros:

The hotel room and staff were exceptionally pleasant and suitable as always! The pool was heated this time around compared to other years (though it's possible that it's always heated and I never noticed prior, lol). Location is perfect as well since it's as close as possible to Knoebels (roughly 20 minutes from the park and about 7 minutes from downtown Danville).

Wonderful experience. Definitely a keeper for the list
Pros:

Excellent stay. Called for a last minute room April 25, 2026, after having to cancel the week prior. Woman working the desk was great and had us a room quick. Asked if we would be able to check in as it was 1:30 and she said absolutely. We arrived 10 min later. Very friendly and as it was almost end of shift for her, her relief coming for her was just as friendly. Any time we went though the lobby she always smiled and said hello. Room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent and the woman cooking the kielbasa and omelets was so friendly and cooked them perfect. No doubt will stay there again! Thank you Hampton Inn for hiring such nice staff.

The property needs to be fully updated and the rugs in the room deep cleaned. The staff are extremly friendly, helpful
Pros:

The staff at the property are extremely nice and friendly. They were always available for assistance.

Cons:

The property is outdated. The hot tub was not in service and dirty with debris and junk in and around it. The pull out couch bed was broke and the rugs in the room need to be deep cleaned.

Would never recommend or stay here ever again.
Cons:

Staff was rude, always on phone. Ice machine wasn't working. Pool towels were barely hand towels. We both also got sick from something in the room doctor believes mold from heater.
