Comfortable, night staff was great.
Morning staff was rude and Insurance was charged without being told of the price. Overdrafted my account.
I love the waffle breakfast. I think that’s what I go to Hampton Inn for. The other breakfast items were good as well. The staff was really polite, and helpful.
The room smelled kind of stuffy and musty when I turned the heat on
The staff was exceptional. Everyone was so friendly and super helpful with anything we asked for or needed. The breakfast was great. Just enough variety and very tasty.
My only complaint is that the towels and washcloths were a little dingy with dirt marks. I knew they had been washed but just not clean looking. They could invest in some new ones.

Location, and too expensive for the quality of the room. Room was very small and needed some upgrading. We expected better from Hampton, especially for the price.
Friendly Staff and close to everything
Could have been a little cleaner
Hampton Inn charged me $339.00 for “smoking” despite never smoking in the room. I only found out a month+ later when checking unusually high cc charge. When I requested proof, the hotel’s only evidence was a PM2.5/PM10 air quality sensor reading — this type of sensor detects general particulate matter and cannot chemically distinguish cigarette smoke from steam, hair products, or other common sources. No odor, burn marks, or other corroborating evidence was provided. I disputed directly with the property and escalated to Hampton corporate, and both declined to reverse the charge. Poor air quality might have been result of the hotel proximity to highways on one side and Wegmans loading docks on the other. See picture attached.
They also double-charged me for my dog — only refunded after I caught it and protested. On top of that, they had my address wrong on file. And despite apparently having a sensor that detects smoke in real time, I was never notified during my stay, which would have let me address or dispute it on the spot instead of finding out after checkout.
Disappointing experience overall. If you stay here, get an itemized bill at checkout and check it carefully before you leave.

Had to clean my coffee maker before I used it.
Disappointing stay. Room was very dirty. I found dog food under the sink in the bathroom upon checking in. Had to return several towels that were dirty. And the bed sheets had stains in them - see attached. Wouldn’t recommend staying there.
