Peaceful weekend.
Pros:

Breakfast was great!

Cons:

We were not told that the handicap parking was so far from the entrance and it was super hot. Also the handicapped rooms are so far from elevators.

A great stay. Thank you.
Pros:

Every staff member I met had a smile and greeted me with warmth and friendliness. The room was very comfortable. The cleaning staff brought me fresh towels when requested. Breakfast had rotating options over the course of the stay which was a nice plus.

Pros:

The team was friendly and welcoming. I had an incident where the EMTs needed ro be called. The team handled the situation calmly and supported the entire process. Thank you Kev for your assistance and helping me resolve my emergency.
Everything was comfy, the breakfast was made by a nice gentleman and it was close to the airport.

Cons:

I would like to see more vegan friendly options in the near future.

Excellent service including a ride to & from the airport.
Pros:

Proximity to airport for early morning flight. Provided a ride to the airport & left car at the property. The staff was wonderful!

Cons:

We weren’t told there would be no housekeeping. It’s ok but would have liked to have known

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in Fletcher/ Asheville
Pros:

Tolle Lage um die Umgebung zu erkunden: Blue Ridge Parkway, Asheville, Biltmore House, Chimney Rock und viele Geschäfte/ Restaurants in der direkten Nachbarschaft. Schön renoviertes Hotel mit tollem Pool und inclusive leckerem Frühstück und sehr freundlichem Personal!

Staff was excellent. Decor was nice also.

Cons:

Very noisy AC unit in room 411. It cycled on and off all night long. I also wonder how often 2 queen beds are necessary, and why if there is room for 4 to sleep (or even 2 to sleep) is there only one chair???
