The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was large and comfortable. The bathroom room had nice extras like makeup remover pads and a hairdryer. I appreciated the complimentary water and the free breakfast.
It was a little noisy in the room - the air conditioning turning on and off and assorted outside noises.
There is only one bedside electrical plug in on the right side. The left side outlet is way behind the headboard and inaccessible. You wind up charging your other phone from halfway across the room. Ugh! This is 2026 people!
Everything was great, friendly staff. The room was phenomenal. Clean space, good breakfast. Ch3cked all my boxes with definitely recommend to a friend. We will be back!
It was reasonably located from Biltmore, very clean and the food was really good.
We only had 2 towels and 2 wash cloths. It would be nice to have extra.

Everything was great for my one night stay. I went for a baptism and then went back home the next day. This was a great place to stay with breakfast in the morning which helped me to get where I needed on time.

We were not told that the handicap parking was so far from the entrance and it was super hot. Also the handicapped rooms are so far from elevators.
Every staff member I met had a smile and greeted me with warmth and friendliness. The room was very comfortable. The cleaning staff brought me fresh towels when requested. Breakfast had rotating options over the course of the stay which was a nice plus.
