Pros:

The room was spacious and plenty of parking.

Cons:

The breakfast could have had more options and need to upgrade to the pancake machines. The metal bed frames made a lot of noise, there were very few towels in the bathroom, and the plumbing needed some attention. While the staff was efficient, they were not very friendly and seemed like they would rather be anyplace else than at work.

Pros:

Staff was pleasant. Helped me with my issue and refunded my money promptly. They even sent a text apologizing the day after I left the premises.

Pros:

The location was perfect for my needs at the hospital. The staff was so nice. They even had Popsicles for my diet.

Cons:

The beds were a bit hard and kind of hard for my mom to get into. But she's disabled so that's not really your fault

Pros:

I attended Breezy Bowl and made a last minute reservation. The clerk said that my room wasn’t ready. After I explained that I probably wouldn’t return until after midnight, he personally went to check for a room that was cleaned and ready. I appreciate him going above and beyond. That level of customer service goes a long way. 💯
