Pleasant stay
Pros:

Clean, nice lobby, good elevators.

Bathroom could have been cleaner (bathroom door and shower walls). Breakfast was poor.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

I thoroughly enjoyed my last stay at the Hampton Inn Bedford. The staff were extremely friendly and genuinely happy, which made the stay even more pleasant. The rooms were very clean, and the breakfast was more than expected. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. Thank you to all.

I would stay again, but maybe for a cheaper price.
Pros:

The room was moderately clean, still a lot of spots I could see never get cleaned

Cons:

The room could be cleaned better, it was still dirty in the bathroom, and the bed was a rock to sleep on also the price of the room for one night was a little much

It was nice enough that we would stay again.
Pros:

We did not have the breakfast. The location was close enough to downtown Bedford. Room was clean and spacious enough.

Pros:

They upgraded me to a suite at no extra cost. Booking.com messed up my reservation by telling me I was booking a suite although they booked my family and me for a regular king room. Hampton Inn recognized this and made it right. That was very nice of them.

Save your money and travel down the road.
Pros:

We were passing through and decided to stop here on our way to NYC, reserved the 1 King Suite specifically for the separate living/sleeping space to accommodate traveling with an infant. When we arrived, we were told that room actually wasn't available and had been booked out for a month, and that we would be given a normal room (studio style). We were bummed, because this is quite literally the only reason we picked this hotel. We called Hilton to dispute the charges due to the false advertising. We kept getting the run around, and were told daily that we would "have someone call us within 24 hours" and during 9 days no one ever called. I had to continue to call them to find out what was happening. They finally advised that this property refused to refund us the full amount. This is very disappointing as we choose Hilton properties regularly over other chains.
