Good value
Pros:

We liked the property because of its location between Boston and Salem as we wanted to spend time both on this trip. Overall the place was clean, all staff were friendly and helpful and the hot breakfast in the morning was excellent. We didn’t see another person on our floor the entire trip and it was quiet.

Cons:

My biggest complaint is the divided highway where it’s located which they obviously can’t help, but getting to anything on the opposite side of the road or back toward Boston on the same side of the road was a real hassle. We also had issues with the room keys not working and went thru several before a second front desk staff member was able to push through the digital key in my Hilton honors app so I could just use it. Once it was finally working, we had no more issues.

Pros:

Salem in the fall

Cons:

Hotel canceled my booking an hour prior to check in, hotel lists pay when you get there but charged my credit card and when it was denied due to my bank thinking it was fraud, and the hotel was 90% booked they told me booking.com canceled my booking and booking.com says the property canceled my reservation. This all occurred while I was driving 7 hours to the hotel. Luckily I had a travel companion who's reservation wasn't canceled or I wouldn't have had a place to stay. No compensation was offered and hotel staff did not care. Room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced unless we asked daily. When we asked the hotel staff to clean her room they just fixed the bed, they didn't change the sheets. And while I was in the hallway hours later I passed a family who had the same experience but didn't have anywhere to stay. Horrible staff.

Overpriced for little value.
Cons:

Elevator was down first day, house keeping never came the 4 days we were there, key cards kept deactivating, bathroom door wouldn’t close right unless you lifted it up with all your strength.

As with most hotels under renovation there were many shortcomings. I am sure after it’s finished it will be better.
Pros:

Hard to say. It was under construction but MB Ev charger was in lot so that was super convenient.

Cons:

Location to my destination.

Breakfast was good - had some sort of eggs, meats, potatoes as well as waffles

Cons:
