The staff are exceptionally friendly. The hotel and rooms are clean.
The bed is not as comfortable as I'm used to having at a Hampton. The pillows are thin flat nothingness.
Everyone working that I encountered was friendly and helpful! I was traveling alone and felt super comfortable there! Bed was comfortable and room was clean!
Breakfast options were well prepared and I liked the different selections. Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful.
Toilet in my bathroom made loud noises during the night as water supply changes occurred.

It was a really nice, clean hotel. My family and I got there at 10 at night after driving for many hours for vacation. When we got to the room, we had no power, only one outlet was working. My husband called the front desk and they called in the manager, who was currently not there, they came in and fixed it pretty quickly for us. They were very helpful. Breakfast was also good!
