Not your Hilton quality
Pros:

Bozeman is expensive to stay so when I saw a lower rate at a Hilton property I was excited, definitely get what you pay for. Hotel was very out dated and worn down. Staff was working hard, same person manning front desk and breakfast area. The room had a strong air freshener odor and heat was so hot that we had to open window. Doorknob was also broken.

Pros:

I like this hotel for it’s convenience but it really needs maintenance. The room carpet had giant stains from who knows what. The linens need upgrading. The pillows were past their usefulness.
The lady at the front desk was awesome though.

Worst Hampton Ever
Pros:

We usually stay at a Hampton Inn when traveling because in the past, they have always been comfortable and most importantly well kept and clean. This is the first time that we have stayed at a Hampton which was in very poor condition. The bathroom was horrible. The bottom of the bathtub was so worn that parts had no enamel appearing discolored and dirty. The moulding around the tub was mouldy. The toilet was not securely fixed to the floor making it move while sitting. The carpet was threadbare and the bedskirt material was very old and in bad shape. This room is what I would expect from a very, very low class motel, not the standards we are used to at Hamptons. I am no longer confident that all Hamptons are well kept.

Hilton Home 2 suites is a new hotel 2 min down the street.
Pros:

Not updated. Bad smell through hotel. No plug in for the computers and your accessories. Lock did not work. Carpet is well worn and smells. Staircase smelled so bad did not want to use them.

Acceptable For One Night
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and then location is close to the airport. Glad we only stayed one night. Very dates rooms. The bathroom had this huge stain in the tub, coffee in lobby was lukewarm and there are stains on the walls in the elevator. I used points and money to pay for the room and it was still over $200 for the night. Not up to Hampton standards.

Pros:

Very friendly front desk staff — they made us feel welcome right away. A special thank you to the gentleman handling breakfast; he kept the area clean, well-stocked, and running smoothly even during the busiest times. The shuttle service is a big plus and was very convenient.

The hotel lobby has a charming, homey feel that adds to the overall pleasant atmosphere. I’m not sure how old the property is, but the rooms are clean and nicely done. That said, working in hospitality myself, I’d recommend a deep cleaning — especially shampooing the carpets in the rooms — and addressing a few minor maintenance issues.

I loved the amenities, especially the quality bathroom products. One small suggestion: it would be great to have a safe in the room for added convenience.

Overall, a lovely experience — thank you for the hospitality!

DO NOT STAY HERE
Pros:

Reserved a normal room with a king bed and paid for that. However they were oversold (my adult son was in the lobby waiting for us after we checked in and he heard them at the front desk). Normally I can pick a Hampton Inn and be ok with the bed. It was AWFUL. The box mattress was collapsed (I have pics), plus it was a FULL size bed, not a king, in a room with accommodations for disabilities. The door lock was broken (can only turn up the knob to open the room), and the decor is completely outdated. My husband and I visit Bozeman often, many times a year. This was a first and a last time we’ll ever stay there. $445 per night when it should be $80 a night based on accommodations.

I’m surprised Hilton doesn’t check hotels regularly to ensure they are up to standard.

The hotel was over-sold. The guy at the front desk said he may be able to change us to another room for the 2nd night of our 2 night stay but we decided not to pack up as we were going to be gone for the entire day and it would have been a pain. So for anyone who has a bad back or neck issues, DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL at all. The people at the front desk were nice but I’m sure none of them have slept there as they’d understand how bad it really is.

Booked the room through Hotels.com (Expedia) but I’ll be letting corporate Hilton know as well.

Pros:

Not updates from the 90’s, it was over rated compared to other hotels.

Expedia had the room rate at a price and then we checked in and it went up.
