Not a great location. Looking out our window we saw lots of trash.
Our room had a terrible smell when we walked in. 4 very small pillows on the king bed. We stay at Hampton inns anywhere we travel and we’re very disappointed with this location. Front desk and breakfast staff were very friendly.
The front desk staff (Stephanie) was very nice. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was wonderful lots of options. The grounds were clean & i like that this is a pet friendly hotel. Hotel decor is nice & comfortable lounge areas.
Unable to use the pool as it was not clean (green) & needed to be serviced. The telephone & refrigerator in the room did not work. The front desk Stephanie has outstanding customer service & adjusted my bill when informed.
The air conditioning worked and the controls for it worked.
Bathroom sink faucet installed wierd, barely aimed water in basin. Shower nozzle fixed not a wand. The free breakfast was pathetic actually terrible. Mostly gone and not replenished but really just made me mad. The access from the road is terrible angle and easy to miss. The whole facility is run down and old.
The whole experience from check-in to check-out was excellent. The person greeting us at the front desk was professional. She kept a professional demeanor with other guests. The cleanliness of the room was immaculate. The beds, pillows, and linens were inviting and we slept like babies. We had many choices for breakfast. The same person who greeted us the day before was replenishing the food, wiping down tables AND working the front desk to check people out. Her professionalism was refreshing.

I stay at this hotel five days a week and have been doing so for several months, and unfortunately the same issue happens every week.
The breakfast is never ready at the scheduled time, which is very inconvenient for guests with early work commitments. Additionally, the staff member responsible for breakfast is rude and unprofessional.
This is not a cheap hotel, and the service does not match the price or Hilton standards. It is disappointing that this has been an ongoing issue for months.
I hope management takes action to improve this situation.
