The front staff Stephanie was amazing. She helped me work through some issues once I tried to extend my stay. The cleaning staff was very nice and the lady that worked breakfast was so happy and cheerful when you were in her area.

Kendra was an excellent breakfast bar attendant! She was very attentive to the guest and their needs she ,very hospitable and very sweet! Kendra made our breakfast very enjoyable!

The hotel was a good business hotel and provided a comfortable base to explore the Charleston area.
The breakfast was superior to most hotels that I have stayed. Miss Sabrina took great care in providing a delightful meal. Her red potato home fries were just wonderful.

Sabrina did a great job with the breakfast and coffee stand. Much appreciated!

The room is very nice. I have a comfortable time there. Especially Sabrina is very kind, patient and helpful during my stay.

Bed it was so breakfast bar and clean this staff was very helpful at work.

Kendra helped to make this trip a pleasant one. Her infectious and genuine smile and spirit was a great start to the day

We spend 4 nights with family, good service, specially Kendra, she was very attentive to us if we needed anything she was really nice at breakfast time , good size room and clean.

Not very clean, nasty carpet , ripped furniture, holes in the walls, someone's old socks left in room, broken glass picture... to many pics to post. $14 to park in parking lot.... not what I expect from a Hampton Inn ! After 100's of stays I'll consider others a tomorrow night for sure

We stayed at Hampton Charleston North during my son’s swim meet, and we had a very good experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Everything we needed was there, and we felt relaxed after long competition days.
The entire staff was professional and friendly, which made our stay even more pleasant.
I would especially like to mention Kendra, who took care of the breakfast area in the mornings. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and truly hospitable. She did her job with great professionalism and warmth, and she made our mornings brighter.

Service was great, specially breakfast and host. She was very kind and helpful. Keeping everything neat. Hotel is nicely kept, clean, nicely decorated. Kendra is a star⭐️

This Hampton Inn deserves A+. The staff is extremely friendly and hard working. The spaces are clean and welcoming. The star of this show is Kendra, the breakfast server who greets you every morning and ensures you feel the Charleston warmth. Great Job Hampton Inn and staff!

Nyoka Scott is excellent. I appreciate the hospitality from the first day I stayed here. I enjoy the breakfast as well each morning .

Nyoka Scott at Front Desk was very friendly and saved me from a bind when I realized at 2am I didn't have my charger with me for my phone and she found me one I could use to charge my phone up.I was very appreciative for that since it would have been quite a walk to the store in the COLD 40' weather outside to spend a big chunk of change to buy one at gas station, and alot ppl just say "No we don't have any chargers".Ms Scott is very Professional and her is very impressive with her Customer service skills.Thank you-it Helped me out SIGNIFICANTLY!!

It was alright. Didn't look as nice as the picture perceives it to be so that was a little upsetting. Our mini fridge didn't work so that also sucked. Huge shower which was nice. Staff that we interacted with was very nice. Stayed over 4th of July weekend so prices were quite high and not worth what we paid even a little. But if its a normal week/weekend and it's affordable would be a fine stay. I probably wouldn't stay again but it was fine for the couple days we were there.
