Stephanie is awesome at the front desk welcoming and super helpful. Kendra keeps a fantastic breakfast going each morning and is super friendly and helpful

Cons:

The coffee is not the best - bitter, but all else is great 😃

Probably would not stay at this location again

Breakfast and staff were fine.

Cons:

Tried to charge parking fee, room was clean except smelled like dirty feet, hallways were not vacuumed( there was trash and a-tips in the hallway our entire visit. Looked like our room was under repairs. Sheetrock had been repaired and not painted in our room. Needs improvement. Staff were friendly and helpful. Did not tell them our concerns. Beds are very squeaky! We were on 2nd floor.

Pros:

The front staff Stephanie was amazing. She helped me work through some issues once I tried to extend my stay. The cleaning staff was very nice and the lady that worked breakfast was so happy and cheerful when you were in her area.

Kendra was excellent!
Pros:

Kendra was an excellent breakfast bar attendant! She was very attentive to the guest and their needs she ,very hospitable and very sweet! Kendra made our breakfast very enjoyable!

Nice hotel, great breakfast.
Pros:

The hotel was a good business hotel and provided a comfortable base to explore the Charleston area.
The breakfast was superior to most hotels that I have stayed. Miss Sabrina took great care in providing a delightful meal. Her red potato home fries were just wonderful.

We spend 4 nights with family, good service, specially Kendra, she was very attentive to us if we needed anything she was really nice at breakfast time , good size room and clean.

Not very nice !
Pros:

Not very clean, nasty carpet , ripped furniture, holes in the walls, someone's old socks left in room, broken glass picture... to many pics to post. $14 to park in parking lot.... not what I expect from a Hampton Inn ! After 100's of stays I'll consider others a tomorrow night for sure

Great Experience at Hampton Charleston North
Pros:

We stayed at Hampton Charleston North during my son’s swim meet, and we had a very good experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Everything we needed was there, and we felt relaxed after long competition days.
The entire staff was professional and friendly, which made our stay even more pleasant.
I would especially like to mention Kendra, who took care of the breakfast area in the mornings. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and truly hospitable. She did her job with great professionalism and warmth, and she made our mornings brighter.

Thank you for a wonderful stay — we really enjoyed it.
