Paying extra for parking at the facility in addition to the room charge is a total ripoff. How do you expect people with a car to stay unless they park.

I expected more from a 4.5-star rated hotel.
Place is nasty. Walls need to be wiped down once in a while. There’s hardened boogers on the side of the beds and ever single wall has dirty handprints or yellowed water marks from the steam/humidity.
There was more than one wall plate that wasn’t settled properly and poses a safety risk to toddlers who don’t understand how electricity works.
Bedding has questionable stains on it. Mold on the walls peeking through the wallpaper in the bathroom, lamp and sink leg were broken like it came as a hand me downs from another hotel, door was off its track so couldn’t close the door separating the rooms properly. Cabinets wouldn’t close and so on and so forth.
Overall, it’s crazy this place has 4.5 stars and cost as much as it did. I wouldn’t recommend it for families with kids due to the hygiene of the place and safety risks to little ones.

Hotel was Dirty. Washcloths were so old and thin I
l could see my hand through them. Mattresses need to be replaced. There was hair in the bathtub. The carpets in the halls had clearly not been vacuumed for a long time. I was charged $14 to park my car in your lot? Breakfast was marginal.

Elevators were slow and I saw a large bug in them at one point. Challenging location for driving at rush hour. hard to leave the parking lot.
