Great breakfast
Pros:

The second day there were fresh strawberries and they were FANTASTIC. Big shout out to Kendra for making these available. I heard several other patrons exclaiming about them as well.

Over all it was a good place to stay
Pros:

I was confused about paying to park. When we checked in the clerk didn’t mention anything. When we left there was a card on the windshield with a QR code etc.

Pros:

Stephanie and krucher at the main desk in the lobby were exceptionally helpful and gracious. So pleasant. Kendra who worked in the area where breakfast was served was amazing. She kept the area perfect. Plus she was also pleasant and helpful.

Pros:

The breakfast was great and Felicia, I think that was her name, was so sweet. The front desk people were great too.

Cons:

I didn't like that I had to pay for parking. It was even a secured or gated property. They should not charge loyal customers for parking. We were told it is because people would park there and leave it there. I should have parked my car at the restaurant next door cause they don't charge.

It was ok, but use to finding a safe, water, Ice on each floor and cleaning each day.
Pros:

Fair, but the breakfast help was great"

Friendly staff
Pros:

Kendra was absolutely amazing. She was always attentive, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure everything in the breakfast area was perfect. Her positive attitude and friendly personality made each morning start off on a great note. You can tell she truly cares about the guests and takes pride in her work. Thank you, Kendra, for making our stay even more enjoyable!

Having to pay for parking just put a dark cloud over the stay.

Cons:

Having to pay for parking when I arrived. Having to do through my phone vs paying as the room was booked made it worse. I didn't expect to be paying this. This should be an included charge for the room when booked if parking is needed. This will be the last time I stay here if this doesn't change!!!!
