Adequate hotel with excellent proximity to Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
Pros:

Parking valet was excellent, returning our car quickly.

Cons:

Breakfast supplies limited and when there was no more of a product, e.g. a type of cereal, milk, coffee, it was not replaced quickly or at all. The selection of brands of products, e.g. yogurts, was mediocre. The cost of the hotel room and the valet parking was higher than expected for this type of hotel.

Rubbish breakfast

Comfy bed and clean

Cons:

We arrived for breakfast 20 minutes before it was due to finish and there was nothing left apart from a few cereal boxes, a few slices of bread and some omelettes - no other hot food, no more waffle batter, no juice or even water left in the machine. We asked a staff member if there was anything else and he said it was all gone. I would expect food to continue to be replenished untill breakfast is over. Also there was one other table eating so I doubt it was replenished at all. We raised this issue at the point of check out and the manager accused us of making this up and said he would check CCTV even though we did inform a staff member at the time and we would not make this up.

Begbugs... Stay Away!
Pros:

Convenience.

Cons:

The bedbugs and broken promises. The bedbugs kept me up at night and I took a shower and checked out at 4am because I obviously couldn't sleep in that. The person behind the counter promised to give me a refund and that never happened. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Pros:

Kann am Wochenende sehr voll sein. Strasse vor dem Hotel auch am Wochenende sehr laut durch die Auto Posers, Die Lage ist super um alles Fussläufig zu machen. Parkiert um die Ecke in einem Parkhaus und per App vorgängig das Ticket gelöst. War 2/3 günstiger als direkt beim Hotel

This the is worst front desk service I have ever had. They refused to provide me the invoice/reciept, by keeping saying, I have to contact Booking.com as they do not have my information. However, they did give me the profolio, which HAS my information, with a zero balance, as I have paided in advance with Booking. After contacted Booking, I tried to call them again, directly, they still refused to provide me the invoice/reciept, by directly hanging off my call. No responds on any messeages, both from me and Booking
