Never again!! We come to New York every year or so but we will never stay here again!!!

Cons:

They stole almost $600 from us. They said a smoking censor when off in our room. We don’t smoke!!!!! It has been hell trying to get are money back. It has been over a week now and when they do answer a phone they just don’t care at all what they have put you through. Just check your card statement before you leave the hotel because they can say anything they want and you can’t do a thing. My husband and I are in our sixties and do not smoke and aren’t going to start now but that doesn’t matter.

Served the purpose but wouldn't stay again
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable

Cons:

Staff was rude. They ran out of food at breakfast. Homeless people repeatedly begging for cigarettes. One threw trash at us and another called us names after not giving him a pack of cigarettes.

INACCEPTABLE- chambre n'avait pas ete nettoyée ! Mais ne jai vu qu'après usage de la douche . Serviette de bain tachée de sang. Lit froissé et pas parfaitement refait . Savon utilisé et coupelle non nettoyé. Au premier coup d'œil cela semblait en ordre.... j'attends que booking me rembourse. Étant passé par eux l'hôtel refuse de me rembourser !!!
