Me and my spouse was very comfortable until the confusion started with minors

Pros:

There was a lady at the front desk when we checked out in the morning, she was super nice and tried to make up for the night staff.

Cons:

To be told one price by booking.com and get to the hotel and be told another price with charges unexpected. We were under the impression that our parking was $55.00 for the weekend and then be told when we get there that that price was daily. We spent more money than we planned for. Was told if you want extra washcloths come down and get them at the desk. The night staff were harsh and did not have good communication skills. Sometimes its not what you say but how you say it!

The bed was comfortable. The room was nice

The coffee station was empty during the day.when I asked staff about parking in the garage they seemed moody and very unhelpful with a response of I don't know.
