Awesome needs cleaned better tho!

Cons:

Room was really dirty. Back of toilet looks like it was wiper off for weeks. Powder makeup on the floor. Liquid stains Amon side of sink,door frame. Black hair all over the bed,nightstands tv stand desk. Other than that was an amazing stay. Oh ya hotel staff just walked in my room at one point.(didn’t think she knew we were there right at check in??

Pros:

It was a nice big room (Queen Suite), had cobwebs on the wall and ceiling. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Staff was rude, did not give me my complimentary water for being a member. Finally got it at checkout had to ask for it.

Excellent Location and Amazing Front Desk Staff
Pros:

Front desk staff were amazing. Location is SUPERB. Literally walking distance from Rock and Roll hall of fame, dozens of restaurants, cafes, breweries, convention center. Room is spacious and beds are comfortable.

Cons:

Found a hair in my breakfast. Breakfast selection was very poor. front desk staff took care of the situation immediately but that made me not want to have any breakfast there on the remaining days of my stay. room carpet can be vacuumed better.
