Great place to stay!
Pros:

We love this property. We have stayed here a couple of times when not able to be at our residence. Staff is great- price is affordable and rooms are always clean.

Cons:

Only thing we would like is if the breakfast had a little more variety - a small thing but we had hoped for sausage or a few other items.

15 Minutes from downtown Cleveland, a great place to stay!
Pros:

We liked that it was well maintained and clean. It did not smell like smoke or moldy like some places do. Staff was friendly.

Easy Drive from IX Center
Pros:

Stayed here during a volleyball tournament at the IX center. The drive was super easy and there were a lot of nice places to eat within walking distance. Check in was easy and the breakfast in the morning was a nice bonus.

Friendly and comfortable
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming
We were given water on arrival and fruit was freely available
Shuttle service was great and driver was very welcoming, kept us entertained and took care of all our luggage and even brought it to our room

Cons:

I can't honestly say there was anything we didn't like. Breakfast choices weren't to our own personal taste but we still found something we could eat.

Check in good and check out was good.
Pros:

Breakfast items that should have been hot were just luke warm. Sausage both mornings and no bacon. Second morning was out of orange juice.

Cons:

Room with two queen beds which means there COULD be up to 4 people and there were only 3 sets of bath towels and washcloths. Thankfully there were only two of us.
